11:30am March 17th, 2024. I included the date and time because the horrible woman on the front counter has her nametag covered up and it wasn’t on our receipt. During my order she stopped listening to pull her phone out and respond to a text. She wasn’t listening to me at all because I had to repeat my order twice and she missed the cherry turnover altogether. She has comical eyebrows and a couple of lip piercings; that should help you identify her. She’s a liability to your company.

The environment was unsanitary dirty tables trash on the floor. The health inspector needs to pay this location a visit. We got food poisoning from this Arby's. Disgusting place I'll never eat at again.

Food is cold but more upset I tried to just sit down to wait for my order and got told the lobby is closed.. also waited 20 minutes just to get my order taken.. this place is a joke..

Jess from Arby's did not want to serve me food because I told her I was missing change back to me. Please see video for details. I feel discriminated by her. On top of that Camey also got on her side and kicked me out of the store because I told her what happened. I was denied food by Pilot employee Camey as well. I was getting a hot dog and she asked me to put it down and leave the store. This happend on 10/22/23 8pm. I will seek legal advise. I have been humiliated and now I am still hungry. I got fuel from Pilot, I am a driver who wanted food but they kicked me out just like I am garbage. I have my mind confused about what just happened. They made feel like I have no rights. I need an explanation and also and a apology. Camey and Jess laughed at me disrespecting me while I was asking them why they refused to serve me. What the hell!!! I read previous reviews and more people have complaints about the same issue with Jessica who claims to be the manager. I guess she is untouchable since she is still working there and keep acting with that racist attitude and show no respect. She needs to be removed from there for sure, she is a bad apple who is making Arby’s look bad.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FRON EMPLOYEES. Every. Single. Time. we go here, we get verbally attacked by employees because they can't just listen long enough to understand what is going on. I order a Ham Melt. It is not a Ham Slider and IS on the menu. Every time I order it, employees IMMEDIATELY freak out and start yelling and arguing they don't have that. I try to calmly tell them that it is NOT a ham slider that I am ordering because I do understand that that's not on the menu anymore. One of the managers explains to them every single time that yes they do sell it and she makes them ring it up and sure enough, it's there and on the menu. Tonight was by far the worst experience. The girl on fry duty saw that the girl who rang up our order had put the ham melt on there and the fry girl IMMEDIATELY started YELLING and giving a horrible attitude that was absolutely appalling! I'm so sick of this treatment from literally anyone in there who clearly does not know what they're talking about and will start an actual fight over some damn ham. We walked out without our food because she would not stop yelling. Even other customers were upset by her behavior. Totally uncalled for and she should not be in a position to speak with customers if she cannot conduct herself.

The employees were very friendly and fast. The beef brisket sandwich was amazing and I was impressed with how nice the staff was. They were busy with a lot of customers but greeted each person who walked in.

7:30 in the evening and youre not allowed to sit in either dining area, because their are only two hood rats working according to them. But theres 4 of them behind the counter. 0

The shift manager from tonight just treated my husband and his friend really bad, she just made a scene in front of the whole place, just because they were missing his drinks and were asking this lady for it. Seriously, if you can not handle working with people just choose another path, cause my husband and his friend are also working and traveling, they just needed a break and a good place to have a bite.

You ask for something and they make a mistake, it's normal. But I complained to him that he was wrong in giving me what I asked for and both the person who served me and the store manager mistreated me. The manager is a rude and racist person. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment at this place, I do not recommend any of the trucker friends to visit this place. People like this shouldn't work here.

No longer open 24 hours! Close at midnight I was told. Website and Yelp still say that they do stay open all night. Think the reduced hours began during Covid. Wish they'd update that information.

The girl at the counter instead of handing me the receipt she threw it on the floor next to me I said why you did that and she came around picked it up and started cursing me. I asked for the manager and she came out smiling like if my complaint was a joke her name was Jessica. The cook came out and told me to go back to sleep. Disgrace people
