I only gave this 2 stars because the food is so good. There were only 2 people behind the counter when we came in. I came with 4 other people and 3 of them were taken care of by 1 person.... alone. The other employee was taking another order of 2 people. After about 10-15 a minor child came from the back behind the counter with long hair DOWN and BAREFEET! I'll remind you. From the BACK! BEHIND THE COUNTER! MINOR CHILD. This was when the manager (acted like a SM) came from the back with yet another employee and flew through the rest of our orders. This manager then proceeded to fix his own family their food ahead of costumers in line. All the while triple checking that I was charged appropriately for my extras. I was very unhappy with this visit. This is the third time I've been in this location and have never encountered this level of mismanagement.

Great service great food. I’ve never been disappointed. And my recent visit the guy who took my order, very friendly. Conversation starter and was very relatable. Very good service. Love this place

They used to have the street burrito combo. 8 bucks for a full lunch. Loved it. This izzos is much better than others I have been to.

I visited this place recently and the taco I ordered was old and tasted very bad with a weird smell. I'm not sure what happened but I will not be eating here again.

I used door dash to order food from here. Izzos blocked me from posting a 1 star review. Half of my order was missing and the driver slung the food onto my porch from my driveway so half the burrito was torn apart.

So it's basically Chipotle without the egregious extra rice filler. Not bad, not noteworthy.

I was looking forward to getting izzos today for lunch.Well I guess they have new workers and I wanted a combo with flour.I wish I was observant with my order and how it was being made. I asked for flour they grabbed and used wheat.I asked for dark chicken and was given shredded chicken. And most of my burrito is rice and dried pinto beans. Has no flavor at all and disappointed.I went to firehouse subs last night and I told myself I would go to izzos because better food for the same price. Sadly I was wrong.And also why is there a 25¢ up charge for an extra cup of salsa? Because of COVID they got rid of the self serve assortment of salsas and Guaq. Not sure if it’s because I didn’t leave a tip but I don’t know. Usually come once a week or something like that. No I’m not fat just like izzos. Do better next time.

Not too bad. Decent burrito place nothing too special amd modeslty priced like other places. Nothing special that separates this place from others like Chipotle. The illegal part is just double the burrito size from the normal.

It's a chain restaurant, so you know what you're getting before you go in the door. So my rating is for the location. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean and well managed. Bathrooms are always clean, floor is mopped regularly and tables are clean. Above average when compared to others in the same field.
