The food was delicious and the atmosphere authentic. Their pizza sauce and crust is absolutely yummy! However, the staff needs to be seriously better trained on food allergies & how to prevent cross contamination. I ordered the same pizza, same way as always. Ramona made it and it was 100% Better ! I couldn't get over the difference. Had to go get her name and let her know. She put everything together with such edge to edge care and evenly spread. It made a remarkable improvement. I will be looking for Ramona to make mine again.
When I first started going, I was always impressed with the food and service. The last couple of times I have been were just mediocre. And the very last time was it for me. I walked in at 9:32, and yes, I know they close at 10, but isn't that what your closing time is for?
