We arrived with our family party of 9 people about an hour before closing, after seeing a performance at JPAS. We were told a 30 minute wait, but the host (might have been the manager) actually found a way to seat us after maybe a 10 minute wait. We were so grateful for that kindness, as we had family in town from California and Germany and it was our last night to spend time all together. The waitress was incredibly nice and prompt with service. The food was really quite good for a chain restaurant. Overall, absolutely grateful for the service we received here, which way exceeded my expectations for having come in with a large party so close to closing time on a Saturday night. Thank you so much!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp inside the restaurant for accessing the low-top dining tables that are a few steps up. This was great as our grandma was in her walker.

Waitress Rebecca was wonderful cannot say the same for the food and drink. Cocktail was watered down and filled with ice tasted like water. As usual to me food is horrible I only come because my nephew who has autism likes it he only eats the burger. But yesterday was the last time. I will never recommend or return. Just my opinion.

The customer service was excellent. We decided to sit at the bar and Alexis was very helpful and attentive. Also, Arthur I believe he was the manager on duty checked in to see if our dining experience was going ok. The food came out in a timely fashion and was delicious.Vegetarian options: It was good to see an option for us vegans.

Excellent service on THE BUSIEST SUNDAY FEAST I HAVE EVER SCENE THERE. ?... THE STAFF DID A GREAT JOB GETTING US SEATED IN 15 MINUTES... I THINK THE MANAGER'S NAME IS BLAKE! Melinda is always friendly every time I decide to do a car side to go order.
Walked in. Waited 5 minutes before the hostess showed up. Was seated. Then waited for 20 minutes and a server NEVER came to our table. Table across from us was waiting 10 minutes before we were seated to get their credit card back. We got up and walked out. Hostess was in the parking lot hanging in the window of some SUV. Saw us walking out and didn't ever bother to acknowledge us. Don't think we'll be back to this location again.

The interior of the resturant was just gross. Mold on the AC vents, dirt on the ceiling, wallpaper peeling, dishes were not clean. The food was ok. We split boneless wings and my friend bit into something hard that she needed to spit out and could no longer finish her food. It was not appealing. We ordered margaritas which tasted only of syrup. The service was good. I would not recommend this resturant tho.
