Our weekly dinner krewe met here for dinner and everyone raved about the food! We have a diverse group, with some more picky than others, and no one complained...only compliments! The portions were substantial, the food was delicious and the service was incredible! We will definitely return in the near future!!!

Was not busy on a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. The food was good. We had water to drink & the Maroney (sp?) sandwich w/ fries, the Paneed Chicken Alfredo, and fried catfish with fries to eat. The fries were re-dropped, resulting in poor quality. But everything else was delicious. Portions were big, but so was so was the price, kind of. Dropped $100 after tip for a 3 person lunch. I really wanted a cocktail, but would never stiff great service.Service was on point. No over crowding, and showing up at the exact time needed. It was great. Thank you.

I ordered the crawfish egg rolls. I was told by the waitress it was four egg rolls, The price was 11.95 or 12.95. When they were delivered to the table it was 2 egg rolls cut in half. This was to be considered four egg rolls. I was misled by the waitress. I would suggest informing the customer of the size the egg roll is, 1 1/2 inches long. This was brought to the manger’s attention and no compensation was made.

On multiple occasions I went here during posted business hours to find this place closed 30-90 minutes early. I also have witnessed customers turned away 30 minutes before closing. I drive 20 minutes to get to this place only to be locked out. I have even called ahead to be sure they are open, only to get there and it's locked up. I am done as well as my group. Too many other places to go.

1st time visiting but not the last. Tonight was steak night and was very yummy.. we were offered a sample of King Cake daiquiri and it tasted like a king cake, also very yummy. A definite visit if your looking for good food. We will be back for

So, I don't usually blast restaurants, however, last night I was shocked at Bienvenue bar and Grill on Hickory. Me, my husband, and my mom went to dinner there about 7pm last night. We wanted to try a few different things so we ordered 2 appetizers to share and each got an entree we were gonna sample and share. The food was delicious and the waitress was okay. However, they brought my husband the wrong side with his meal, so I informed the waitress. She took the wrong side back and a few minutes later a man, who I am pretty sure was the owner, came to the table making comments about how the side couldn't possibly be for our table because we had so much food. It was quite offensive to me. He implied that 3 plump people had ordered too much food. It was extremely rude in my opinion. We will NOT ever be back there. We only went there because Seither's Seafood was closed tonight. Definitely regretted eating there. It's a shame!! Do better, Bienvenue!! We took home 4 to go boxes of food, so clearly we weren't going to eat it all there, which isn't really any of his business as we are paying customers. it was disgustingly RUDE!!!

My husband and I split an order of crawfish egg rolls and the Drum Stack. Just enough for us both and delicious! They are open until 7:45 on Wednesday!!!!
They weren't ready to serve about 30 women. The table wasn't set. One woman was told that if she got up one more time that the server was going to lose it. Rude behavior by the young girl that seemed to be a helper. Really sad day for the group's Christmas lunch

This is a great family owned place. The Shimp Grits is wonderfully delicious. Any of the boiled seafood is done perfectly.

Bienvenue translates as "welcome" in French and they definitely welcome you here with their delicious offerings of contemporary Creole cuisine and variety of fresh Southern dishes. This Creole restaurant is noted for their great daily specials and is very popular for their brunch lunch and dinner offerings. They also have quite a notable burger you might also consider sampling. The service here has also always been really friendly and great here. Overall this is a really great option and they constantly offer different specials along with their regular menu.
