This store was very very busy; it was overwhelming to even observe it as a customer. The professionalism of the staff was amazing. I observed them all doing several different tasks simultaneously -- all working efficiently to support eachother as a team.There was an irate customer obnoxiously causing a scene and holding up the employees and the line of people waiting to order. All employees maintained impeccable professionalism despite the number of orders needed prepped, the number of customers waiting to order, and the knucklehead screaming at them halting the entire operation. At the front register facing the brunt of the drama was Kam. Kam's customer service was among the best I've ever seen. I've spent years dealing with irate people like that man and I couldn't have kept it together the way she did. Truly an outstanding display of character. All staff deserved credit.The food was surprisingly good for how busy they were and fast they were moving. The only problem I had was there was nowhere for my family of 4 to sit. There were 3 Walmart employees sitting each by themself at booths suited for families. That left my family and i with nowhere to sit. I don't blame burger king for that, they were too busy and couldn't have noticed.Solid crew. The event occurred Saturday, July 29, at approximately 1pm.

Floor feels like superglue, but they Constantly block off area on purpose.They start closing a hour or more before it’s time. They think someone owes them.Order a #5 today, it’s 6.49 on menu board. Looked at receipt it’s 7.29 plus tax. Asked the lady why, she said the menu board is wrong. With the usually racist attitude. So I got a credit.

This place has rude workers that intentionally forgot to give my all my food and then got mad when I asked for it and the proceeds to give nasty cold food to me and starts give other customers more attitude would recommend anywhere but here!!!

My daughter came pick up our lunch earlier today, They We’re Short Staffed I Completely Understand but Having A Very Nasty Attitude towards Customers is Un Acceptable, My Daughters Food Was Made Wrong She asked for her sandwiches to be made Plain it had things added to it, When she asked if they could remake her Food, The Young lady snatched the Cheeseburgers out of her hand and was rolling her eyes and making facial Expressions, My Whopper Meal Was Absolutely Disgusting, The Fries & Onion Rings We’re Cold, Soggy and just Plain gross, We Will Not Be Returning To This Location, The Young Lady Who Worked The Lunch Shift Needs A Few days off to Re Adjust Her Attitude, I’ve Worked for this Company and Our Management Would have NEVER tolerated this sort of Service, I understand the Public-can be difficult but That’s Ridiculous, Yall Need To Do Better.

Worst Burger King ever. Always understaffed...two people; cashier and a cook. Who owns this franchise?

Ridiculous. Sign says they close at 9pm on Friday. Walked in at 8:30 pm to make an order and they told me it was closed they weren’t taking any orders. The gate wasn’t even pulled down . The person cleaning said they don’t always shut it at closing. Sounds stupid. I walked out and went back to get a store number. The lady behind the counter gave me a number that was disconnected.
