This cake came in the mail.!! I got my King Cake on the exact date they told me. It came very fresh, Not stingy on the icing or colored decoration sprinkles. The cake was absolutely delicious and fresh, Full of cream cheese. We be getting our King Cakes here from now on. Excellent ..!!

Ordered a king cake on 2/1 to be delivered on Lundi Gras, 2/12 to a friend in Colorado. I had to follow up on 2/14 because it was never received. They responded on 2/15 to say that it was never shipped.

Had to stop here in Harahan for shipping King Cakes back home to friends and family! Be prepared to take out a second mortgage on your house?!?

Ordered cake online... almost 30 dollars for shipping. Cake comes in damaged. I reach out via phone and email multiple times, no answer. Then I see on their website you have to file a claim through Fedex. I do that. 14 days pass and Fedex declines and say they have a special agreement with Caluda and they have to take care of the refund or replacement. I emailed Caluda and called them again no response! I gave up and said "f" it. Thennn a few weeks later my card gets charged for another cake and shipping out of no where with a delivery date of the old order!!? Their phones are down for the "season" and I sent another email on their website and reached out to their support. Guess what? No answer.... Horrible, Horrible service. Never order through them! I'm out 120$ now! Please answer your emails or your phone.

My family just lives Caluda's King Cakes. The staff is always friendly. Mardi Gras was too soon this year. I only had a chance to get 2 king cakes this year.
Today, I tried Caluda's Stawberry Cream King Cake.It was Very Fresh and Moist. Lots of strawberry and cream cheese filling. A generous layer of icing on top. Very taste full??.Overall, I'd give it an "7.9"Although I like the taste of the filling and icing, it has too much in my opinion.And I'm not a fan of the sprinkles??♂️. If you're into filled king cakes, I believe you'll like it.Have you ever tried this place? If so, what's your opinion? And where are some good king cakes that you recommend?

This was my first time here today. The staff were very friendly. This is now my favorite traditional king cake. It's not dry and has great flavor. I would definitely recommend it.
