Just a heads up to be a bit more careful preparing the pizzas as we ordered two pizzas and the crusts were switched. And while the pizzas were still tasty, it was a bit disappointing to not get our pizzas as ordered. It definitely took away some of the enjoyment of pizza we order regularly and have grown to love. So please, be more aware and get the ordered correct.

Ordered delivery & they outsourced the delivery to Doordash. & still charged a delivery fee. When if I ordered thru Doordash I wouldn't have been charged a delivery fee. & when it was delivered the pizza was ice cold.

My experience with this Pizza Hut location has been pretty good for the most part. I've ordered delivery numerous times over the last few years, and the delivery drivers have always been super nice. The pizza is always delicious and the wings delicious about 75% of the time. I just wish they were consistent with providing Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes with the orders. On my recent order, I tried both the Italian Meats and Chicken Alfredo pasta. The noodles were overcooked...almost mushy, but the flavor was decent. I like the Italian Meats the best, but the Chicken Alfredo was really good after I added some seasoning salt lol.

After a not so great experience at FedEx, I arrived to pick up a to go order 30 minutes late. The woman working the counter was so nice. She even teased me for being late and praised me for using my points to get the entire order free! The pizza was still piping hot and crispy. We enjoyed it! Thank you to that employee for making my day better after that negative experience at FedEx. I wish I had gotten her name to properly thank her for making my day better.

Can I give zero stars? First attempt had the wrong sauce. Called & was asked to bring that one back & get a new one. Got home with 2nd attempt. Only had sauce around the outer part of the pizza, not on the entire pizza & it wasn't cooked all the way through. How can a thin & crispy crust be underdone? I don't know, but it was doughy and slimy. A frozen pizza would have been better.
