Only one girl working, attempting to take care of everybody inside and those in the drive-thru. It was book club night, consisting of about 10 ladies and several other smaller groups were there. The girl behind the counter was overwhelmed. The coffee was horrible that day for some reason. Nothing was going right before I saw others apparently with similar issues.

Food was okay but service definitely needs work. I had gotten a wrap with a Barqs Root beer. Barqs is in a bottle, have to ask the cashier for a cup with ice, then I had to ask her to open the bottle! Got the eye roll on that but she did open it. Good restaurants will do those things without asking. Then to top that off, she did not turn in one of the orders for one in our group. That's always nice when one is sitting there while everyone is eating.

Pulled my warm donut twist out of the bag to find they tossed it in the bag on top of the napkins without wrapping it. Should have just gone to McD's - coffee would be just as good and there wouldn't be paper adhered to my food.

Puccino's is currently my favorite study spot! The ladies that work here don't always make conversation with you, but they recommend great stuff and always get your food and drinks out to you quickly, hot and fresh. This place definitely has character!! Every wall has something interesting or funny to look at/read. The decor will leave you entertained and never board. This isn't your modern, basic coffeeshop...it's a nice change up to a lot of places you'll visit nowadays.

Love the ambiance - not super crowded on a Friday at 9:40A, kitschy decor, plenty of light. Young lady at counter was polite and eager to serve, though a bit distracted by activity going on behind her in the drive thru. Coffees were good, albeit a bit pricy: $6.25 for a large cappuccino - strong and definitely Italian coffee - and $7.75 for a med vanilla carmel whip frappe, which was like a dessert. Husband ordered Big Classic Breakfast with sausage patties, sunny side up. He enjoyed it, and I loved the pancakes. Unfortunately, I didn't love my breakfast. $6.95 Divine Biscuit Angel, not served in drive thru or take out. Must be something special; OK, I'll try it. Can I have the egg over hard? When they brought it to me, I thought they had my order wrong. It looked NOTHING like the picture. Upon closer look at the picture, the runny egg made it look moist. But where were the onions? I was told they were out of them because they don't sell very many of this biscuit. And the shredded cheese was a slice of American. Basically it was 2 sausage patties, a biscuit (that was a bit dry), an egg (which was over hard, thank you!) and a slice of cheese. I'm going to stop here and let you draw your own conclusion on my opinion of the breakfast.
Hot chocolate was a little high for a small…not sure how it tasted because I bought them for my patients as a Christmas treat. They appeared to enjoy them so that works for me.

Always enjoy getting a cup of joe or a tasty treat here. Friendly staff and fresh products.Parking: It can be a bit tight and traffic can be heavy at times for leaving the parking lot.
2nd time ordering lunch in 2 weeks. Salad used to come in the large togo box, now it comes in the small and hardly no lettuce. Chicken salad and dressing was good just not enough lettuce.
