A hidden gem! The location is a little tucked away in the corner of the shopping strip. Cute warm and welcoming atmosphere. Met the new owner, and she was so nice! The Bun Bo Hue was so good and flavorful… better than most places. My second favorite is the Bánh Bot Chien (Fried Rice Cake). A must try!

TRULY THE BEST! just like how it is in Vietnam. They did not try to alter the authenticity of the broth nor the meat! the blood jelly is so tender and soft and fresh! dived in halfway then realized i need to spread the words about this amazing place! HIDDEN GEM LITERALLY! store is really hidden in a plaza but the have big sign to direct you!

Food was so nasty - I ordered a spicy soup and promised to have brisket and the meat that came was a whole bunch of fat, tofu-ish looking meat and blood cubes. I'm sorry I don't eat blood cubes ew I had to throw my food away

Restaurant has gone down in quality tremendously! Seldom has availability, kitchen stops cooking early, staff has become quite rude! Will not be going anymore!

I typically only love homemade bbh. Each restaurant had variations that made it not up to par. Bamboo cafe has the best bbh that i have had that tastes like homemade. Highly recommend

Literally a hole In the wall! Came here bc I was in a rush. Definitely did not disappoint. I got the cococane drink and it was amazing. I only had time order the egg rolls and tasted like a typical egg roll. Nothing too special about it. The drink is what pretty much sold it for me. I'm gonna come back here to try other foods! I heard their BBH is really good. So I'll be back to try that for sure!

Bun bo hue is my favorite vietnamese soup ever and it's hard to find authentic ones here in america. It is a very spicy and flavorful soup with lots of ingredients inside. Even though the soup itself already has tons of stuff, it also should comes with a plate full of fresh vegetables. The main one should be the cabbage. The broth should be somewhat clear with a light color. Not a dark orange colored broth with tons of lemongrass bits inside. The bun bo hue here is not really authentic but I've to admit that it is very tasty. So far, It's the best one that I can find in america. I always order mine without the pig feet and blood cake, just the meat, tendon, and vietnamese ham. It always come out piping hot and stays hot for a long time. The broth has a nice spicy flavor, but I always add sate inside for more heat. Very light lemongrass inside unlike other places. Service is always good. Fast, friendly and straight to the point. After delivering my food to my table, the server will leave me alone to enjoy my meal and check back on me 1-2 times. I like that kind of service.
