Usually I'm against long lines, and I'm generally anti-cover. But this is worth the wait and the cash. The lines and covers can sometimes be steep by New Orleans standards. But this is one of the spots where you can see New Orleans Hip Hop/bounce evolve. Make sure you're dressed to impress. I haven't seen any scruffy people try to get in, so I don't know what would happen if you tried, but you should be dressed up, club style. That's part of the whole package.
