I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I went to pick up my order yesterday and walk in first thing the guy says “u here for a pick-up?” Instead of kindly greeting his customer. Then when the lady comes and gives my order she doesn’t even look at me and just tells me the total. Very money hungry people who don’t care about customer service. Lastly, the lid wasn’t sealed properly on the drink and when I went to shake it it just spilled all over. I’ll be advising my many friends and family members to not go here.

I felt obligated to write this review after my experience. When it was my turn to place my order I approached the Asian lady and said “hi” and she didn’t don’t reply back nor greet me as a customer at her shop. She also gave me a frown on her face. It was the ugliest face I’ve ever seen! She was extremely rude and I won’t be returning there! I will advise my family and friends to also not go there!

They are so rude. If I could give zero stars I would they don’t SMILE they don’t say hi. They don’t say thank you, not even a “Hi welcome in” absolutely no form of customer service. What’s the point of being a business and being local and calling yourself friendly people if you’re not going to treat your customers that way, we know you’re just here for our money.

Love love love this place. Nice variety of foods to choose from, from Vietnamese cuisine, burgers, seafood platters, and their bubble teas and slushies are amazing. We usually order the 10 chicken wings with fries, hot sausage on bun and the vermicelli noodles with eggs rolls. Perfect place to stop for a quick dine in lunch or on the go.

Yesterday I bought a taro smoothie with tapioca and it was grainer than a pre workout drink. It was very un appetizing and don't recommend. 2 of the same order were made fairly fast but the grainy boba threw me off completely.
Never had the food , the kids love the Boboa, and they're known for it.Staff is nice and hard working.Just wish they wouldn't look at me like I'm stupid if I don't understand what Boba is.Like I said, my kids like it, that's why I come here.So if us old folk don't know something, explain rather than criticize with your actions .

Frosty's truly is one of my favorite places to eat on the westbank. The place is always clean. Staff is friendly, and food is always fresh and tasty. Everything is made to order to if you're ordering food, you will have a short wait. But they are super quick with their bubble teas and smoothies. There is ample seating, but the vibe is def more of a grab and go type of situation. My go to order right now is the grilled chicken wrap - spinach wrap, minus tomatoes, add red onion, green bell peppers, parmesan cheese with very light Caesar dressing. Swap the fries for fresh fruit. With a peach passion fruit jasmine green tea and popping lychee bubbles, and I'm always happy with my order. This place is a westbank gem FOR SURE!

Several years ago, I used to visit this place very regularly. I love their smoothies, and they’re consistently good. I stop patronizing them for years, because some of the staff’s dispositions are also consistently negative. The treatment is questionable. Visited recently and not much has changed (good drinks, bad attitudes). I won’t be going back. How I am treated as a customer that’s helping to “pay the bills” is important to me.
