What a joke. Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. The crew are clueless, we get two different amounts between the board and the window. They forget to give us the drinks which we have to remind them at the window, don't even know what drinks they even have in stock, get told at WINDOW there is no biscuits, don't give the right ordered food, worker walking around in the back eating a donut... what a joke. Don't spend a cent at this location. Close it down, now.

Today was the best experience I had with fast food in a long time. Although it was the day after Thanks giving,everyone was full of energy and ready to take my order.The food was good,but I can't get over how happy the crew was. I will be back again.
If you beg I will tell ya the business I saw this hanging at. I'm never going back. There is only 2 of these around anyway and I think and feel they are on there last leg. After reading this ALL CAPS MEMO I'm even more certain it's game over. Food quality is not sufficient for the cost. Ambiance is not sufficient for the cost. Sorry I can't be more positive. But wait, 15 years ago they were on top of the world. The corn Earl wouldn't be happy.

I came to this location yesterday with my Mom and nephew. We all placed separate orders... My Mom placed her first, I placed mine second, and my nephew was last. Their orders came out within 5 minutes, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for mine. We left, and when we got home, that's when I noticed that my food wasn't placed in the bag. I called and explained to the manager the next day what happened (because no one answered the phone once I realized what happened). She was very nice and told me to come back with my receipt and she would give me my order. Even though I had to drive from the other side of the river, I was really happy with her response. I will definitely go back again. Great customer service!

Food was the problem the crispy chicken was over cooked and the oil that they fried it with was old, it had me flavor in the chicken. I didn’t receive my side order with the meal. After taking 2 bites of a four piece order I tossed it in the trash.

Food is good I just wish they wear gloves whenever serving food we don’t know where their hands been and they need to keep up with the bathroom responsive pace need to increase just a bit overall good

The chicken meat by itself was good (without the skin), however, the skin/breading/grease had a strange flavor (likely old oil) and left a film on my tongue. Fries were really soggy/oily and not good tasting (even my 7 year old wouldn't eat them). The biscuits, macaroni & cheese, and potatoes with gravy were fine. We rarely get KFC since we tend to prefer Popeye's and I can say that I won't ever eat KFC again. It's just not worth it due to the strange flavor of the fried chicken and nothing else is really remarkable. They also forgot to put the KFC sauce that I paid extra for in the bag.
