I ordered the fish sandwich. I don't know why this establishment has decided to rob the customers. With over a billion served, you'd think McDonald's was making enough money to where they could continue to service the people with large food items. The fish sandwich looks like it could be put in a kids' meal box. I'm so disappointed.

Get home missing all of my hash browns now I don’t feel like going back up there so gone have to lose out on money. Food be on point it’s just give me everything I paid for and literally it’s every single time I go! Like come on!

Ordered curbside and have sat here for over 30 minutes and still do not have my order.
these ding bats always forget something on your order. they need to really fix this place up tbh. used to be great but now you walk in it smells like balls and sweat. drive thur got worse as of last year. they forget something always check the bag before you leave. again check who yall hire, this place might be the next bk on marrero expressway

I never give McDonald's high scores... Well never say never. I can't explain why, but their fries were better than others and their chicken nuggets were fantastic compared to other McDonald's. That's not supposed to happen. All McDonald's everywhere are supposed to be the same. So against other McDonald's this is the best I've been to And I have to give it a solid 5. Even the drive-through service seem to be better, I don't understand.. I guess they have management that pays attention.

First (and last) time visiting this store location. The burgers were drowning in salt and pepper. Thankfully, the nuggets and fries were OK because my kids had no complaints. However, the play area STUNK like sour, bathroom floor mop water, none of the tables were clean (they weren't busy and only had 2 other guests visit after us), and the service was like we were merely being tolerated for interrupting conversations. Do better.
It's Christmas time and barely a Ho Ho there. We wished the cashier and the food employee a Merry Christmas and got a "You to" and "Yep." No smiles on their faces and no jolly in their voices. Barely decorated.
