I’ve tried mochinut before. Picked up half a dozen this morning and they were not fresh. Each one was hard. They did not have the soft chewy texture that you’d expect from a mochinut.

Omg I wish they had one uptown in the city they're so needed in my community the kids will drive their parents crazy to get to this place. The donuts are awesome, the only thing is it's not a regular donut it's and donut not with an amazing twist with different toppings and the hot dogs on the stick is mind blowing Heck I was excited when I was introduced to this location. The service is exceptional and the ambiance is nice please get more games! This place is amazing!!

Their donuts are not for me I don't like the texture. You'd have to try them yourself. Very light donuts. The people are nice and atmosphere is calm.

I tried this place on Sunday around noon, which opens at 11 am. It was empty inside and the place was FILTHY. I could tell that no one had cleaned from the night before because every table was dirty, the chairs were dingy, and the floors were disgusting. I could only imagine how the kitchen looked. The owners should be ashamed. Won't be back, would not recommend it.One positive is that the guy working the register was really nice!

I ordered the hot Cheeto Korean hot dog and I god food poisoning. It was horrible. The place is cute, the tea is ok, most of the staff are sweet, but good god I was sick for days.

We visited the second location of Mochinut in Harvey and it is just as equally cute and consistent as the one in Metairie! As always, service was quick, donuts were great and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was a few games our babies played with like the Pac-Man machine and foosball table as we hung around.

Hi this is Craig Stansbury's Grand daughter. I love Mochinut! The milk tea and doughnuts are really good and very tasty. Outstanding taste.

At this point, it's not worth it for me anymore. I was really looking forward to this place opening, since Korean corn dogs are nonexistent here, but all of my hopes were dashed by cold donuts, scrapey lids, long wait times, REALLY loud music, and a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere.Cute place, but every single time I've gone the mochi donuts are cold. And that wouldn't be a problem if they were actually good cold. It honestly feels like eating a stale donut. However, if you can forgo the donuts (even though that's their whole thing), the boba tea is really good, but they use metal tops (like a soda can), and the boba straw is ALWAYS too big to fit in the opening, creating the most agitating scraping noise when you put the straw in, AND when you move it around.. as a person with mild sensory difficulties, this is abhorrent and literally makes me avoid getting the tea even though it's good. However, the corn dogs are pretty good and at a very good price, unlike the donuts, which are SOOO expensive for what you get. They're Korean corn dogs, so the batter is a rice batter, and some are covered in potatoes, ramen, or whatever else they feel like that day. They're always crunchy and flavorful, and they have a few sauces to choose from for dipping. You can get half cheese and half meat for the inside, but they also offer full meat. (I'm not sure about full cheese, but it seems like they could do it.)The staff is always pretty friendly and always knowledgeable and ready to help you decide what to get.The biggest turn-off about this place to me is the atmosphere. It feels like a cold white box. Every single time I've walked in, I've shuttered. Also, every time I've gone, they have been BLASTING music to the point you're actually yelling your order to the cashier. And I really mean that.I literally cannot bring myself to dine-in, or get drinks / donuts. The whole thing is a sensory nightmare, and all I want to do is get my Korean corn dog and leave, which is also hard to do since they take so long (up to 20 mins) to make 1 or 2 corndogs for you. I have always ended up being long past finished with my drink when I get my corn dogs.I don't think I'll be coming back. Maybe their other location is better, but I won't be finding out, I think.

I adore boba soo much and this place had some of the best I've had in a while. The lady there was so nice and very welcoming. I'm definitely gonna be back to try some more stuff one day!
