I've been eating at Pho Truc Lam for years (back when it was owned by a different family and called Pho Hoa). I was worried that the food wouldn't remain as good after the transition but it's still really tasty! The veggie egg rolls are fantastic and the pho doesn't disappoint. Most recently I ordered pickup so I could avoid indoor dining. The food was ready in 15 min and stored well. My only advice is if you don't get there soon enough when you get home you should reboil the pho soup so that the steak cooks thoroughly.

I came here for Pho Hoa and found out it’s now Pho Truc Lam. We decided to try it thinking it maybe the same just a name change. I have never had such horrible experience. The service was awful, we tried to order drinks he said they were out of everything but water and jasmine tea. So we ordered both very confused that they have no drinks. Then later my mom asked if they had at least coconut water he said oh just coconut juice, which is the same thing. This upset us since he said we only had water but then all of a sudden they do have coconut. So we ordered the pho, he looked confused so we pointed to the menu and said the rare beef pho. The pho came out with only rare beef and noodles only even though on the menu said it had several other meats. We asked him about this he could not answer so we ate it anyway. The pho was awe full, completely flavorless. The manager came out only as we pay the bill and asked her about the menu she said it’s build your own, you had to say what you want in in even though it doesn’t say anything like that on the menu. I guess they don’t know what commas mean. I will not come back.

Popped in here for a late lunch and fortunately, I was starving. The menu is thorough with many kinds of pho, banh mi, rice dishes, egg rolls and much more. I got a bowl of the large pho tai gau for $10. For the price, the bowl was HUGE. The broth had good flavor and the meat was good, I just wish there had been more of it.I'm not sure if it will replace Pho Bang as my "go to" pho spot, but I'm glad I tried this place and I'll probably be back.

Used to always go here for my pho craving, and haven't been there in a long time bc of covid. Went there today and found out the owner changed. The staff were just overall clumsy and completely clueless when we ordered. We ended up ordering through the manager but even he was clumsy and had to ask us 3 times before finally getting our order. Also wearing headphones while working, no wonder he can't hear. The portions also became smaller: the large looked like the old medium and the medium looked like the old small, can only imagine what cup they decide to fit the small in. The broth was extremely salty and just not as good as it once was. Where did the old owner disappear to I used to worship his pho :(((

Same and my hubby used to always eat at the old restaurant, Pho Hoa. But as everyone knows, this family has taken over. The menu is still the same. The food is still amazing, almost better in my opinion. The pho is delicious, the banh mi sandwiches are stuffed with goodness as are the spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh. We will be eating here just as much as we ate at Pho Hoa
