I use to work in the meat dept and that dept is thee most unsanitary place I ever worked in the grinder that makes all ground meat is so disgusting and is half cleaned and has dirty build up and they prepare raw chicken in the same room as beef which is cross contamination I don't blame the workers it's just realllllly pooooooor management me their team lead and dept head are thee most unprofessional people I have every worked with it's amazing they still have jobs but they praise mediocrity I suggest you go to a different location or just go to Costco my family doesn't even buy meat from them and this was before I even started working their

A girl named mikayla was assisting people at self checkout and was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my husband and overall just did not want to be there. Sad that i pay a membership to be treated with such a disgusting attitude, seriously needs to fix their customer service there.

Went into the store almost 2 weeks ago to order 2 cakes for tomorrow. I filled out 2 forms since I had 2 cakes. The lady, I don’t have her name, said I only needed one and combined them. I accidentally put the wrong date but she said it wasn’t a problem and fixed it on the order form. I called today since I forgot what time I had put for pick up only to be told that my correct order form was no where to be found and that the other was filled in for Sunday pickup. So not only did my order form some how disappear, the date was never changed on the other like the lady said. Now I’m told they’re fully booked and can’t have my order ready like I was told almost 2 weeks ago. Here we are less than 24 hours away for my 7 & 2 year olds birthday party with no cake & not a sole even offered to try & make it right. Very sad Sams.

I work with Instacart and I pick up a lot of batches at Sam's. During this pandemic the women that work in the front of building are very harsh and rude. I was at self check out asking for help and the lady didn't even acknowledge me, she hard me but rude said okay with her back turned. Every other department is great and very helpful but the women in the front pushed me to go to a different Sam's Club .

Don't waste your time here! I went all of the way to Sam's club to get 4 cases of water for myself and my mom. Sam's has a limit of 2 cases of water per person. What a waste of time! The fo however have zero limit on their most expensive wAter.
Love their scan and go app! Makes life easier not to have to get in line and deal with assholes ! Now if only they had a order and pick up like Wal Mart! Because their order and pick up sucks! You still have to get out the car go to the service counter get your stuff and load it yourself ***Scan and go is much quicker than that foolishness!

The worst place to shop. I placed an order online, like I do every month. I set my PICK UP time to be between 5pm and 6pm. I showed up at 5:55pm and am rudely told to come back and wait for my email saying it is completed. Other Sam's clubs walk your order out to your car, this one tells you you're an idiot for coming within the time you said you were coming to pick up your order. Do not shop here. Worth the extra drive to metairie.

Sam's club did not honor my online tire purchase price. Complained to BBB and finally got the manager on the phone. I can't trust their tire department.
