Silverware was dirty, Food did not look and taste fresh in any way, shape, or fashion! Maybe the manager is salvaging food to keep overhead cost down. The food was definitely expired... My drinks were OK! Cheesecake was frozen, probably past expiration date. Will not go back to the one one Manhattan Blvd in Harvey, LA... oh, the tenders with the fries were good, but I'm never returning to this place. The TGIF in CT is really great vs this location, which was a horrific experience.

Waited to be seated to sit 45 mins just to have rude staff tell you what there job is and still not be served. 3 different people staff went to find a manager who clearly does not care how their shift is running. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Rather wait 1hr at Texas Roadhouse and get better service knowing you have to wait longer while TGIF is dead with no customers and no services being provided.

Place has definitely went down from the beginning. As have most restaurants on that strip. Short staffed last three times I’ve walked in. Employee seating guests was sitting off on the side asleep. 1 waitress was handling all tables. Appetizer came out with food. Food was disgusting. Will not be returning.

If I could put 0 stars I would for the service. When my husband and I walked in 2 employees were standing there and neither of them greeted us. A male employee from the back came up a minute later and seated us. Then he walked off. There was no communication that someone would be with us soon, and I mentioned to my husband,in that employees earshot, how we were not greeted, and still nothing changed. Once seated, we looked at our menus and were ready to order within 5-8 mins. The restaurant was not packed at all. There were about 8 tables filled in the whole restaurant and 2 ppl at the bar. No waiter came to us at all, not to ask about drink orders or food orders. We waited almost 30 mins for someone to come and no one came so we left. The service was horrible and we were so hungry! Just wanted a nice date night with my husband.
Me and my boyfriend went to this location on Saturday and the day after his card was overcharged. The bill was 96$ and he left a cash tip on the table. The next day the cashier charged his card of 67$ and we’ve been trying to get in contact with the store but no answer!!

After being in the Emergency Department at a local hospital. I was starving. I decided to go to Fridays. My appetizer was delicious it was shrimp delicious. My main dish was a New York strip with butter, mac and cheese which was so delicious. I can it has been a while since I went to my local Friday's. I thank you Chef and their team. The young lady who was my server was superb. I ate by the bar. Your menu changed I didn't know. I will back soon.Sonia
