I visited this place a few days ago, the yogurt was good, but no the atmosphere. I think you need to have a welcoming atmosphere, greet you customers with a smile, take care of them in a nice way. Is not just the product that matters but entire experience. I think that you can improve and have more customer and perhaps return customers by just making a few changes. :)

The place is IMMACULATE. Not one crumb. Nothing on the floor. My yogurt was very good. Banana with vanilla. Granola and almonds on top. Definitely going back!

Oh how I love this place!!! The yogurt is lowkey addicting, they have just the best toppings. The workers are so nice too, one time my mom forgot her wallet and they offered to pay (my mom did get her google wallet working don't worry) oh what a wonderful place to be, tutti frutti!!!!!!

FIRST OF ALL i walk into the store and it smelt like they was cookin RED BEANS AND RICE. second that lil girl that works at the register and got lashes and freckles got a staring problem and a attitude problem. i don't know who she messing with cause i will rock her if she give me one more dirty look. fix ur attitude or else.

Tasty frozen yogurt and toppings. Horrible service. Unfriendly employees and busy chatting to each other. Guess it’s not really a place to expect service, pretty much serve yourself. Just need self checkout and it would be perfect.

During my visit today, I asked the female employee who is pale skinned with the claw clip in her hair if they had the tart ice cream and she replied no. So as I proceeded to look at the flavors in disappointment, the same female was messing around with another female in the back kitchen who look similar to her. When a gentleman asked to try some of the flavors she only brought like 5 sample cups for all of us and once handed us the flavors she walked away to play around with the girl again. My friend needed to sample another flavor and the girls acted like they were too busy to provide sample cups so my friend decided to reuse he sample cup without touch the nozzle or anything and the original girl took it upon herself to yell across the room did we another sample cup and we can’t reuse the sample cups we had available to us. When we replied no they caught an attitude and didn’t provide any customer service to us. Didn’t even ask me the regular questions at checkout that they normally should ask to include checking if I wanted my receipt.if I go back to the store and they are present then I will not be going back to this establishment

There is a girl with blond hair who has a horrible attitude, I asked her if there was an ice cream “yogurt” because i didn’t see the poster after said “excusme” 3 times and she ignoring me, a lady was there said “hey she’s talking to you” and she answer “no, if you don’t see it there it’s logical that there isn’t”She didn’t even look at my face to answer me and she went inside angry, you’re rude if you can’t not work ove there STOP WORKING!!

Kids loved it, just hated the fact that the employees kept on staring at the kids' mess with attitude. Kids are kids. If you can't handle it, open a bar, not an ice cream shop.
