I just left this Wendy's, and I must say it's the slowest and filthiest location I have ever been to. The staff uniforms are atrocious, the restaurant environment inside is dirty, the service is slow, and the food is undercooked. Do not eat there ever!!!

Very bad attitude at the window. There was no one at the line behind us, so we told him give us second to see the menu then he's like don't waste my time if you need a second come inside I can't take your order at the window. Also, we mentioned that we have kids in the car and it was raining. But he ignored us .

Unreal that I’ve been here for over 30 mins on mobile order. They had to substitute half the order because they’re out. Can’t get my money back or else I would have left 15 mins ago. Just go to an other Wendy’s, this one ain’t it.

One customer inside. One car in drive thru (us). Couldn't understand where to pull so we followed the window directions. Finally got to pay then was told to BACK up to first window that says "Please pull forward to next window". It has bee more than 10 minutes....might have to call it a loss of $15.00.

Placed mobile order. Went up to speaker and waited over 10 minutes and NOBODY came to the speaker. 4 cars had pulled up behind me and all of them left and had I not placed a mobile order i would have to. I eventually had to pull up tell them i had a mobile order and wait longer for it. When i finally got home the fries were COLD tasted OLD. The burgers were just sad. Avoid this location! They are not short staffed at all for this to be happening, they had at least 4 ppl at the window when I got there

Floors were sticky. They got my order wrong, fries tasted old even though it was 10:30am, and the employee asked me for a $1 tip on my way out... but he did offer me a free icecream if i gave him a tip.

Was sitting outside with my girlfriend enjoying our meal and the black lady manager comes up to our car and starts spying on us? She was literally in the back of a smelly dumpster watching us. We wasnt doing anything but eating. Very weird suspicious activity and behavior.

My trip to Wendy's at 223 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey 70058 was an absolute nightmare today. Those so-called staff members were not just rude, but downright pathetic excuses for human beings. I ordered the classic ghost pepper ranch chicken, chili fries, and a coke. When I dared to request ketchup and ranch, they initially had the audacity to claim they had none. And when I persisted, they carelessly chucked a ranch sauce at me while spewing insults. Customer service? Forget about it! They couldn't care less about my complaint.Oh, and to add insult to injury, my sandwich arrived ice-cold, and it was missing the ranch, which was supposed to be its highlight. I'm so incensed right now that I've sworn off Wendy's for good, and I'm seriously contemplating launching a fiery online campaign to expose their disgraceful behavior. My order number? 3012, and as for the host, Johnisha, well, she needs a crash course in manners and professionalism, to put it mildly.

The crew wasn't very professional. The person taking my order kept talking to her co worker while we were trying to order and then they got it wrong. Thankfully they fixed it when I told them, though I probably won't come back to this location if I can help it.

They serving bad food. The frosty mix was sitting on the counter melting with no lid on top of it. All the food be cold because they cook a lot of food at one time & let it sit. The lights are off in the cooking area except the heating lamps. They refuse to give refunds & let u order items that they don’t have. Once u pay they would let u know it’s not available. No refund u have to pick something else. Wendy’s was always hot & fresh food now it’s old & nasty. They’re worst than McDonalds!!!
