I recently placed an online order and when I got my food it was made wrong twice so I reached out to the manager Jessica who told me while on the phone that she wouldn’t remake my food or give me a refund because I just wanted something free when I had already paid for my food online with my debit card. I went to the store to try and get it remade where I was threatened with the cops because I wanted my food made correctly. The manager Jessica was very rude and very disrespectful towards me because she was firm on not giving me a refund which i didn’t want, I just wanted the good service and food that domino’s has to offer, I never been so humiliated in my life about something that I’ve spent my money on. I felt that I was racially profiled because I wanted my order made correctly and because I’m black she automatically assumed that I was trying to get something free which wasn’t the case. My food was $40 and I tipped the driver $10 why would I want anything free? Now I’m banned from dominos because the manager has a bad attitude and is very disrespectful. This is not the definition of good customer service. After this experience I don’t think I’d ever eat domino’s pizza again , this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any place of business. I recommend that customers pay attention to the attitudes of people who are making their food , because ipur attitude and how you present yourself means everything. Also when you are arguing back and fourth with a customer and you are the manager what type of example are you setting for your workers ? Highly disappointed in the service

Dominoes Pizza in Haughton La. Is one of the best Dominoes Pizza Locations I have ever been to. The customer service is incredible. The Dominoes in Haughton La. Was packed on Friday Night and they managed to get my order done in 35 minutes or less. The People were very friendly and polite. The Pizzas were very well made, Fresh, Hot, and delicious. Thank You All your hard work.

Forgot to fill my orders . Manger didn’t listen or try to fix the problem hung the phone up. And didn’t return the call back. That’s bad customer service and leadership. She need to go to customer classes asap. 24 years I’ve going there. .

I ordered here, they said it will be delivered in half hour, an hour passed and I call again and they say they didn’t have any order ? When called, the lady that took the order made me wait until the order was “successfully processed” and magically and hour later they didn’t have any order? We called the same number both times, I don’t understand.

Would give the food a -5 if I could. Ordered pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. A piece of the stuffed cheesy bread tasted like what garbage juice smells like and that is unacceptable. Most of the time I never have an issue with food from this place but somebody was being neglectful today and I hope no one else has the same issue. I want to throw up just remembering the taste and smell of that piece of bread. Just disgusting and disappointing. Won't order from here for a while. Good luck everybody else.
