Bought boiled crawfish today from Prospect location. Crawfish were not seasoned at all. When I called I was just told.... “The crawfish are starting to get hard and not taking up the seasoning well”. Very Disappointing!

I recently went to the Crawfishhouse on th Eastside of Houma, Louisiana and was very dissappointed. I ordered 2 pounds of boiled crawfish and they gave me a bag of only crawfish heads that were apparently eaten. Atleast 4 or more. Not only were they expensive 15.00 plus tax. I also felt ripped off.

I ordered the 5lb boiled combo with corn, potatoes and dip. It was really good. Decent sized crawfish and no dead or squishy ones. I'd certainly recommend them. I read some of the reviews regarding the poor customer service, etc. which was putting me off trying this place. But I thought I take the chance anyway. I'm glad I did, the older man at the counter was very pleasant and friendly, I didn't experience poor customer service at all.
Rarely have to wait, always hot and flavorful when I order boiled crawfish. Best part is they cut their potatoes to let the flavor soak into them... Unlike another place in town.

Terrible. I paid for a med-large sack of crawfish and when I got home I noticed I had nothing but what I paid for. Called and told them what has taken place and they tried selling me another sack selects.

crawfish, corn, and potatoes are excellent! I cannot wait to try Crawfish House's boiled shrimp. They are seasoned well, but I warned children next time we will order the extra spice.
