Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I waited in line for 45 minutes. I had to wind up, going inside to get my sandwich. I got home it was ice cold. I called and made a complaint. The manager straight up said I was lying that none of the food was cold the night before, I contacted corporate but still haven’t heard anything from them

Ordered on the app at 2pm for delivery at 5:30pm. Driver literally drove by our location. We called and told them to turn around. They went back to the store and called to say they couldn't deliver to us because we were in there wrong side of some bridge. Told us there manager would call us. Nobody called. We contacted the store to cancwl our order. Person we talked to was polite but basically hung up on us.
Mess up my order. When I called manager was rude. She said i wait to long to call them to tell them my order was mess up.

I've been going to this restaurant for around 5 years now and I've never had a problem until yesterday. I drove up to their drive in window and a guy walked up to the window opened it enough to where I could hear inside and then he closed it and walked away grabbed a pizza and got into his car and drove away. Then I had to wait 5 more mins and another guy walked up to the window said what can I do for you and I gave him the name of my order he said hold on one second. He walked away grabbed a pizza got into his car and drove away. Then I had to wait another five mins. Then a lady walked up and helped me while another lady in the back gave me some rude looks. Another thing the lady who gave me rude looks had been standing there the whole time while I was waiting. I was very mad and honestly it ruined my whole mood for pizza.
