Don’t order from this place!! Waited over 2 hrs for my order that never arrived. I had to call the location to give me a refund. The manager didn’t even bother to apologize.

I tried to ask a question over the phone before ordering and the lady hung up on me almost immediately and i was very polite i was not at all hostile i dont know why but wouldnever again with that service thats crazy.

Placed an online order, prep was at 6:00 PM, did not go into the oven until 6:57 PM, in Quality Check at 7:05. I called at 7:38 to discuss and was told they did not make pizzas until a driver was available, mine had been in Quality Check since 7:05 and that it would be cold when I got it. The lady hung up on me. Pizza delivered at 7:45 and yes it was luke warm. I threw half of it away!

Worst experience ever at this location. 1413 West Blvd, Houma, LA. I received a delivery order that included wings that were half cooked. Ok, I get it, all places have bad days. So, I called the store to tell them about the wings, and I was told by a female employee who claimed to be a manager that if I returned them, they could be made over and sent back out. Ok understood. I guess they thought I was going to bring it to them after paying a delivery fee and tip. She was clueless. I didn't want the wings, afraid of food poisoning at this point, and wanted a refund for the wings so she put me on hold to ask for further instructions, she came back and tried to explain what someone had told her about the refund process, I did not quite comprehend what she was saying because her attitude had gotten the best of her and she pretended she could not hear me, and hung up. IF she was a manager, she wouldn't have had to put me on hold to gather information. I called back again and was hung up on again. Called back to speak with a "manager" named Bailey and he told me that he could refund the whole order, and it would take 7-10 days for the refund to process, but needed to collect payment for the pizza and bread item (I used reward points for the bread). I was okay with that. He was a rude, condescending sob! I tried to get complete clarification by asking a question about the refund process because I sensed his aggravation with either the job, himself, or someone else, he pretended he could not hear me and hung up. I called back, they kept hanging up. Finally a female answered and I asked if he had hung up and she whispered, "yes." Poor thing was reluctantly speaking, I guess Bailey was standing near her. He must have clicked the button and hung up the phone again. I called back and the same female answered and before I could say anything, all she said was "he" said the order was refunded. Refunded without asking my name or address. Maybe it populates with the phone number. Yes, I had some choice words for him. This guy should not be working with the public or with food.

Had the WORST experience at this location. The supervisor was rude, unprofessional, and abusive. When we tried to get her name she threatened to fire anyone who revealed her name. When we tried to resolve the problem by taking the pies that were ready she would not give them to us and we had already pre-paid. (We were holding a child's birthday party and were pressed for time.)This woman should not have the privilege of working with people and we will be taking this matter to the corporate offices.

My chicken and pizza were burnt. I wasn't the first time I received subpar food from this location. If anyone checked this order before sending it I would be surprised. Dominoes used to be my favorite but I guess I just have to except the fact that time has passed. I'll be shocked if I get feedback from this review. I have pictures if there is any doubt.

A guy from inside came out yelling at me because I waited at the window for a pick up screaming at me. Yeah I saw you do you wanted me to drop the pizza? I was working on to give you yours.

Customer service is Good but food most of the times goes to my dumpster, waste of 10 dollars. It went down hill after covid and hurricanes.

Every time I order pasta, I have to go back to the store and ask for a remake with Alfredo. I’m paying $9 to eat plain mushrooms and noodles. After tonight though, I didn’t drive back. When I submit an issue, I just get a free pizza which I don’t even eat. It’s to the point where I can’t even submit issues anymore. I just deleted my account. I’m over it.

I recently left a bad review very detailed, but the Manager there has handled everything so well and personally made My kid and i dinner which she will be delivering personally any moment now. The way she treated the situation was very respectful and refreshing.

I don't care too much for the system that you have to go through when you call and order the pizza but the pizza was great but they definitely need some help there was only one girl working when I ordered my food but I give her props because my pizza was amazing thank you for all that you do you were amazing
