We had been fasting all day since it is ramadan, we are allowed to break our fast at a certain time of the day… today we had to break our fast at 7:25pm. Me, being completely unaware, placed an order through the phone to dine in not knowing per policy they don’t allow that… for the reason of having our food ready by the time we have to break our fast. When we get there we are told we can’t dine in if we called in our order. Eventually after explaining to the waitress we weren’t aware that we couldn’t do that she went back to speak to the manager. Waitress eventually came back and said she would bring our stuff in to go boxes but no one would technically serve us. Not once did the manager come speak to us to explain their policy Nor was it the best experience but I hope that in the future they are understanding and empathetic with their customers. We just wanted to enjoy our food but felt a very unpleasant atmosphere and not very welcomed after this.

I'm not the one to leave reviews but whoever that lady at the drive thru window needs to be Ashamed of herself!!!! I'm from Georgia and drove 6 hours and got to this place trying to support there buissness. I spent $180 with this place. All my wife ask for was a small cup a butter and the lady at the drive thru frowned up at my wife and said give her a $1.00. We said are u serious!!???? Will never go to this place again! Don't care bout us hard working people just want your money!!!! Spent all that money and have the nerve to charge us $1.00 for a small cup of butter. Ridiculous!! Should of got all my money back!!!!

We set and waited for our food for an hour just to not be checked on for another hour. No refills on drinks, no hospitality. I got the most expensive platter and still got poor service

We walked in and stood around waiting for quite a while before being seated even though there was no wait and no one else waiting before us. It took about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by our waitress. We flagged the hostess down to bring us some drinks because we were tired of waiting for the waitress to come back! The place is filthy. Napkins on the floor, spilled drinks on the floor, etc. The table on side of us spilled their drink and it was never cleaned up the whole time we were there. See pic! Even after they left, the floor was still not cleaned up. And it’s not like the employees never noticed because the waitress was literally slipping in it when she was cleaning off their table. Everyone there seems to hate their job. No smiles on any of their faces and no one seems to be in a hurry. We don’t plan on returning!

Love the food but for a seafood restaurant they don't serve raw oysters. I had called to confirm before visiting and the person on the phone confirmed they do. Well, when I arrived and asked for raw oysters they said they do not serve it. Please get the story straight.
