I already left a bad google review but I had to reiterate, don't go here. I had a doordash order and they closed their doors before closing. I parked in the pickup section and no one came to me.

This is a Chili's. There is absolutely zero indication that you are ordering from a Chili's. It isn't just wings. It's wings plus everything in a Chili's...although the "It's Just Wings" site has none of the Chili's menu available on it. They even have a different design for their take-out bags, which I would imagine is so that people getting delivery don't know they're just ordering Chili's. Listen, Chili's. Just be yourself! Your wings are eh, you know, fine. I can't stand disingenuous, deflecting BS like this. Zero chance I'm ever ordering from them again

I would put 0 stars but it doesn't give that option my husband and I sat for 25 minutes waiting to place our order yet our waitress was no where to be found mind you there were only 4 tables that had customers so the place wasn't busy at all! a customer that was there before us left 15 minutes prior to us they hadn't gotten drinks or service don't know hiw long they waited before walking out but I'm not likely to go back!

Habanero wings were good but felt like they could have been cooked a bit longer. Fries and sauces were delicious! We ordered the sample of pies and the only good one was the chocolate. The other two had a weird smell like a dirty cup from the dishwasher. Overall it was a decent meal. This was our first time trying it.

This place used to be of decent quality. Lately the sauce and quality have gone down drastically. We got cold, mediocre at best wings with no sauce. Just order from somewhere else

I just picked up wings from them and they barely had any sauce on them. If I wanted naked wings, that's what I would have ordered. I had to add Franks red hot at home to make them have any flavor. I will not be going back.

We ordered a 16 pc and only received 14. The ranch didn’t really taste like much and the blue cheese is terrible. The wings were hot but the flavor wasn’t the greatest, the sriracha wasn’t bad but the buffalo was pretty disappointing. The size of the wings werent too bad but either way not coming back.

Zero stars is what they deserve for ZERO customer service. What business has an operation where they offer ZERO help for a problem with an order. No disclosure until AFTER the order is placed that they use Door Dash for delivery. The delivery address was changed to a wrong address and I called It's Just Wings within 2 MINUTES of the order being placed to get the address corrected. The automated message on the phone number for the It's Just Wings location said that they could not cancel,, modify, or accept orders. I pushed the button to be connected to a person and the Chili's employee who answered the phone (this Wings location is at a Chili's and they are related Brinker International companies) told me that there was absolutely NOTHING he could do. He told me to contact Door Dash (which I did - after a 30 minute+ chat told me that they had cancelled the order but that the refund would have to come from Wings). I have no idea what the quality of the food it, but I will say that now I will never find out because I'm totally done with It's Just Wings, Chili's and any Brinker International businesses. I used to be a loyal customer of Brinker's and a long time customer of Chili's (from the 1970's in Dallas) but no more. Bulls**t business concept, crappy operational management and policies and, once again, ZERO customer service.
