Got our food wrong for starters second someone set the alarm off in the play place they dont pay enough attention too the teenagers there. They tried too steal my food at the front counter. Tried with another person as well they should of been thrown out. Considering they only got two frappes and tried too take a $30 meal for three people not cool.

the food is always cold. last time i went, i had a frankenstein-ed burger. it wasnt a whole patty. it was like they scraped up some burnt pieces from the grill and put it on a bun. i went today and when i got to the window , the one worker said “we’re only accepting cash, can i take your order.” that was a lie. it was 10 and they had the restaurant closed up. the kitchen was clean and most of the staff was standing around outside.

Person taking order didn’t put half of order in then when I told them I was informed I would have to go back through the line again in order to get the rest. It wasn’t my fault the lazy employee didn’t put the stuff in or read it back.
