Absolutely HORRIBLE. Food completely incorrect, greasy as ever, COLD. Mind you this is for BREAKFAST. PHONE NUMBER IS NOT ACCEPTING CALLS. Ordered via app worse McDonald's I've been to in a long time. 4/20/24 9:30am. Livid because why would McDonald's serve something like that. The manager had absolutely no care towards the situation.

Order here while on business using the Mcdelivery, had a large meal, and an ice cream. All was in my bag was the drink and fries with the ice cream, no burger.Called the store but phones where off so called McDonald's customer service and only refunded me $3.57 for a burger that costs nearly $8. That is not right getting this type of service,I'll be boycotting McDonald's for awhile now with my family.Thanks

Small McDonald's. When I stopped at 5pm, traffic was light through restaurant but the ice cream machine was down and the did not have any cookies or pies cooked. I waited for 10 minutes for cookies. They were also out of sweet tea so I had to wait for more to be mixed up in the back. I guess if you are on a low carb diet, then service would be 5 star.

This place kills me every time I go there they always say they don't have ice cream or the machine is down or they are to lazy to clean it. Apparently the manager is not doing their job. I recommend whoever wants a ice cream or shake don't come here. I've had people say the same thing to me and they will not come to this McDonald's no more either. This seems to be non kid friendly for a family that wants to keep a family happy with their food they advertise all the time.

The order is always correct. The food is always hot. The shake machine is always down. It's a better than average McDonalds. Would love to see the shake machine in use because everyone knows it's down because of laziness and not mechanical failure. Other than that one thing this is one of Houma's better McDonalds to eat at.Dietary restrictions: If you're dieting just keep on driving because I am certain everything here is unhealthy to consume

I ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Received it and it tasted like all milk, couldn't even taste any coffee. Got a little angry so my girlfriend went inside and asked for another one. It came out the same and my girlfriend said it don't taste like coffee at all. The employee said she doesn't make it like that and she doesn't even know who that person was that made it for my girlfriend and said she never seen her before. Also I've been there before and they said they didn't have any ice cream or shakes. I was thinking maybe they was saying that just so they don't have to clean those machines. I don't know what's wrong with the manager not doing her management job. The manager asked my girlfriend if she would like to try another one but she figured it would come out the same so she just told her to get a Coke instead. We don't go to MacDonalds that's close to the house no more. We can spend our money else where that does their job right with faster service. What do they got working there a bunch of uneducated slugs seriously.

Without a doubt one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I work late in the area and it's one of the only places open so I try to go out of a lack of choices. Everytime I've gone the wait is ridiculous. The last time I went, after waiting 7 minutes at the order speaker I just left after I came to the conclusion that McDonald's just isn't worth waiting that long for.
