Actually the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Save yourself some time and drive down the road to the West Tunnel location.First order on Popeyes app they didn't even know they got a mobile order when I got there so I waited 30 minutes and 4 of 7 of the items ordered were missing, only one of the 3 was right. Did not check order was ready to eat.Second mobile order they tried to give me the wrong order then I clarified I had a mobile order for 6:45. I was told to "pull somewhere over there" and waited over there for 35 minutes and my fries were missing. Chose to resolve the issue through the app after noticing on the way home. This Popeyes is a waste of space and time with service like that. Also the lobby is always closed when I go so good luck resolving order issues when they come to your car, give you the food, then leave.

Not sure what happened, they use to be a good place, but service has been downhill a lot. Employees mostly be standing around. And be ignoring you when you stand inside to do the order. Also, not giving you everything in your order.

They were very busy, went through driveup, and brought home to eat.The chicken was bought Spicy and was very good.
Had spoiled chicken in my family box. You could smell it. They need better management. The chicken should be inspected before being cooked.

Made me wait almost a whole hour for a simple order, while I was here i saw other people have to wait just about as much as me and even 2 people got their orders wrong, lack of effort here very disappointing, just ridiculous.

Employees did not want to be there. They were walking around eating food, while hungry customers waiting, took 30 minutes to get food and ordered a large coleslaw and was given a personal sized one, and when asked, there excuse was “were out of large containers, so I gave you a small one” but still charged us for large.
