Got Tacos de Asada and they gave me real bad #2. The lady up front was giving some attitude like she didn't want to be there. The only good part of the taco was the tortilla.

Wasn't even worried about price. Food was great and filling for our money. They really tried to understand our order and get us what we wanted. Really nice people. Going back for sure. Yum!!!
I'm from southern cali and frequently travel across the border; with that being said the tacos de cabeza are really good here. I really wanted to like the chicharron but it was a little too soggy for my liking. The carne asada is not the cut of meat I'm used to, but it was tender and seasoned well. I will return for the cabeza tacos and I can't wait to try the mojarra and the torta plate. I hope it tastes as good as my mom's.

This is authentic. You may want to have someone with you who can translate or be ready to point at some pictures because there's no English speaking people that work there. But it's worth it the food is good!

I went here because I seen a bunch of cars so I assumed they were decent. I ordered 4 nachos and some tamalies, when I tell you nasty , never again. They had shredded cheese microwaved on top of chips with overcooked shrimp and very overcooked chicken which was cold by time I got it after waiting 30 minutes for my food. The tamalies were very dry and cold. Only thing good was the sauces. $40 of nastiness!
Had a carne asada burrito. I will be back for more next time I'm in Houma. The menu looked great.

Was looking forward to this spot based on other reviews. Tried the taco combo meal with tamale and the only redeeming aspect was the salsa and avocado. Cold flour store bought tortillas for the carne asada is what I would expect from taco bell. The tamale was from food service and reheated. I ordered pupusas and after my friend finished their entire meal the server asked if I ordered sopes. After confirming no they asked if I ordered huaraches. After confirming again, it took another 20 minutes for the pupusas which were at least freshly made, other than that, indifferent.

Very good food. Authentic Mexican restaurant. Servers do not speak English very well but they are still very helpful. Large portions of food. If you walk away hungry it's your fault. Definitely would come back here again.
