Stopped in about a month or so ago.. I was passing through this area and had saw a little video with Ricky and Hollywood in it . I stopped in for the French bread and ginger cakes are outstanding. So good.. I love the feeling of this lil bakery in the south.. makes you feel at home and time slows down when u there. It's worth the trip and the nostalgia is awesome... beautiful lil town of jeanerette...

So nostalgic to come here and grab a loaf of hot fresh French bread! It's a definite stop if traveling through, interesting to tour around the kitchen and can actually see them making and baking the bread! If the light is on, that means fresh bread just out of the oven! Ginger bread cakes are good too.
