I just went today at 11pm and none of the waiters wanted to serve us when the restaurant closes until 12am, the hostess tried to convince them to serve us but they all said no, very bad service.

I had a craving for wings and burger, so my family and I figured let's order from here. Major mistake ? the operation was poorly ran, the food was not given to us as we order because we was hungry we suffered through the experience. I will not go back to this place ? ? ? It would be in your best interest to avoid this location. Management has no idea what she's doing. Maybe she's using this job as a front, because her ability to resolve issues isn't within her capacity. ?

Order my food and it's like yhey went into the dumpster and try to feed me slop. I called to see if they would take this thrash back and they didn't stand by their own establishment. I suggest not eating from this dump.. when in town doing go here unless you want to be disappointed.I'm not sure why this location still exists ?

Just ate at this location and had Destiny as my server. It was, hands down, one of the WORST experiences at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. I walk in and am not greeted by anyone. I basically had to find someone to seat me. Then, my server took about 10 minutes to get to my table when there was maybe one other table in the restaurant that belonged to a different server. I ordered drinks and an appetizer. To no surprise, I had to wait til the appetizer was done and leaving the kitchen for my drinks to arrive at the table. Then, I have no silverware or plate to eat any of my appetizer. My table and I were eating on napkins with our hands…so not enjoyable. After that, our entrees come out and 3/4 of them come to the table while the 4th person at my table had to wait almost 5 minutes for his food. Terrible experience but wonderful food! Will be back for togo!!

Food was cold wings are hard as a rock couldn’t even enjoy it and when I was asked about my rewards Regina took my phone number and ripped off the bottom of my receipt where my QR code was I then input my details from the receipt my point was already claimed scamming restaurant what was the point asking for my phone number and taking my points horrible place

Placed an online order a little less than 2 hours before closing. I arrived at the estimated time and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come hand me my bag that was sitting on a shelf. Upon getting home and eating, I had all drums instead of a mix and the chicken was old, tough, and chewy. As a server myself that just worked a double, I was going to overlook the wait in hopes of enjoying my food after a long day.

Ordered the nachos. I'm extremely disappointed. The food was very cold, but the manager was very nice and made the cooks do it over and made sure it was hot. It's still tasteless but hot.

Food was HORRIBLE!!The chicken was so hard it cut my 3 year Olds mouth..I paid $50 and received hard and old food with no fries im very upset and this is the second time this has happened!!! DO.NOT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY WITH BABIES!!!!!

I recently visited this location after a trip to the movies, the food was ok and the service appeared to be good until the following day I got an alert from my bank that the amount charged was different from what was on the receipt, the original was 40.36 with a suggested tip of 7.00, I gave 7.00 on the receipt however my ban showed a $56 charge. I contacted the location to speak to the manager “he is right next to me and will answer you in 5 seconds” I held on the phone for 30 plus minutes and no one ever came on the line to speak to me or hear why I was calling. If this is how Buffalo Wild Wings conducts business, I for one will no longer be visiting any location. Stealing from the consumer is not cool, but not answering a phone is tasteless….
