I recently picked up food from this location, starting pulling out the parking lot & a car blocked it so I honked the horn. The manger (a Spanish guy) was outside telling me to shut up multiple times. I’m a paying customer & I refuse to be treated disrespectful. No longer giving my money to this company & I will tell everyone I know. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say he get paid $10/ hr smh

This place is terrible.. Zero customer service, hostess was rude, food came out cold, fountain drink was flat and the place is just nasty (dirty).... very disappointing for the prices they charge!! Do not recommend this place at all!!

The food was bland and our server appeared mentally checked out. Ask for silverware when the food came, she forgot to bring. Never refilled water. Still waiting on my to go box and I’m halfway home.

Picked up food to go on my recent trip to New Orleans. Just as good as when I worked there in the late 90s. Only thing missing was Dexter's biscuits!
First time going here, food was amazing! Took over two hours though from start to finish because my server (bartender) forgot about me. I'm patient, as I've worked in service my whole life so I can understand, but I was sitting in the lounge and he could see me the whole time... Other people brought my food, a different server finally asked if I was finished and brought me a box, took another few minutes to get the check. Hopefully service will be better in the future.

First and foremost the food was delicious. The store on elm wood one of the managers Trinidad or Jamaica . He is so rude and bias. How he talk to crew and employees is sickening. Between him and the servers You would think it’s a group of friends having fun on the clock not real employees. Wont be visiting if he’s the manager on duty
Went for Happy Hour. Hours changed and ends at 6pm instead of 7pm. Drinks were good. Appetizers were good but not very hot when served. Food was probably sitting in kitchen for a few minutes or certain items are prepared in advance before being served.

Used curb side pickup for the first. I called up to place my order before I got there and she said it would be about 20 to 30 minutes. When I got there I called up to let them know that I was there. It took to go knock on the door for my order and after she finally came out. It was an hour I waited for my food and my food was cold like it was sitting for while now. She didn't even apologize for taking too much time for my food. This is very disappointing for the service I got this evening. I usually love your food.
