I would have recommended this Domino’s location in the past, however, the last three pizzas I purchased arrived with raw dough and were inedible…a grand total of $60 tossed in the trash. I’m done giving them a chance.

The delivery driver Dylan was appropriate and kind. The cost for the food was just, I guess. However, Domino’s, what happened to your food? Food was dry, almost stale. The chicken bites (?) didn’t appear to be battered correctly. Or, if they don’t batter it..the cheese and whatever else was just thrown on top of the chicken… the bread with pepperoni inside was not good. I sat it aside and finally threw it out last night. Unbelievable..it just was not good at all.

Unprofessional Staff… placed an order online to get curbside delivered, pulled up right in front of the door and texted here. The staff is huddled in a group talking as if they not see me pull up. One eating food like they can’t see me. I then called them and they are like you are the one in the Nissan.The feminine guy comes out and says it doesn’t say that you are checked in you have to go through the app. I made him aware that I never go through the app I usually text here and he wanted to get smart. You see a car parked outside right in front of the door, I am more than certain once I place my order my vehicle popped up. They could’ve at least came outside and asked are you here for pick up if there were technical difficulties. Instead they wanted act as if they weren’t at work talking and eating. Poor customer service !

Got a pizza here Friday nite & it was excellent! Tonite, not so much. Dried out crust with no garlic spread, wasn’t cut all the way thru so had to tear the pizza up to eat. And, it just didn’t taste nearly as good or fresh!?!?Not consistent, TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!

I’ve had so many bad experience in the past form Domino’s, especially when I lived in the Irish channel with the Tchoupitoulas location. But let me tell ya the guys at 3737 Jefferson Highway are freaking fantastic. I’ve lived in the area for a year now and my pizza has never been more than 30 minutes away usually a lot faster which I don’t expect. Everything has been fantastic and tastes good. This comes from a professional chef of 30 years of mostly fine dining restaurants that makes his own pizza when he has time .I was so used to the bad service and terrible pizza from the Tchoupitoulas location and the lackadaisical care of a what do you expect from the corporate owner, that I swore and never would touch dominoes again. That being said, when we first moved into our new house with no groceries, I caved in and order from Domino’s. This was from the Jefferson Highway location. I was so pleased with the quality and the time it got to me, that I often order from them when I’m too tired to cook. The staff has always been fantastic in the product is delivered in a timely manner and hot. I which I’m not used to. Not every meal Hass to be a five-star experience but it does have to be hot and well prepared with pride. The guys at this location do it time and time again. They definitely take pride in what they do . That’s why I am making a review in a positive light and giving credit to where credit is due. Thank you guys for taking care of me. One last thing make sure you tip 20% and drivers thank you.
Absolute disgrace. Waited almost an hour for a completely cold pizza where the main ingredients of the type of pizza were thrown on after the fact and not cooked. Every single meat on the meatzza pizza was cold and admittedly by the staff, added to the pizza after baking. The manager promptly refunded and was polite and professional, but the situation was still absolutely unacceptable. She did offer to remake the pizza which I denied. I will never order from this sorry excuse of a restaurant. How do you mess up a meat pizza from Domino's??

The gentleman who took my order doubled on the oven. He was incredibly patient with my order and the food came out good. I had no issues regarding the wait time.Be careful driving into the store. Backing out onto (essentially) the corner of J Highway and Causeway can be challenging.

Bought a pizza tonight paid over 20 bucks with tipCarry out. I get home, no jalapeños, went back to the store. Took pizza then proceeded to make another. Did not have time just asked for my pizza back, then went back into store asked for a container of jalapeño, get back home, now a cold pizza, not enough jalapeños, then to find out no extra sauce. Always check pizza before leaving this location!!! Person that took order was nice. Professional, and went out way to help, after that down hill...
