Horrible. Fries cold and limp. Servers were rude and disinterested. No customer service. I took the fries back to the counter to get them replaced. Took a good five minutes to replace them (at least they were hot). Will not return to that location.

I used the drive-thru. The cashier was very pleasant. My order was accurate. I ordered super-sized fries, a regular French fry, Chicken McNuggets, and two apple pies. The regular fries tasted fresher than the Supersized container. My super-sized fries were limp and had fragmented pieces ? I didn't taste the McNuggets as they weren't mine. The apple pie hardly had any apple pie filling which was disappointing! I rarely eat McD's only order when I order for someone else, but have always ordered Super Sized fries as my meal. These were disappointing. They certainly weren't as tasty as I remember!? Hopefully, this is just a one-off event. I'd give them another chance if I pick up McD's for someone else

Food is always not prepared right they give you fries that have been sitting under a heat light but make you wait for a double burger that comes out as soon as you go park in the waiting area I've been in the restaurant industry for over thirty years it was never so many businesses that just want to be fast and not caring what they give you for your money and when you give it back because it not fresh you get attitude that's just came up no you drop it back in the fryer I've fried and grill sautéed for many years the workers must not go anywhere at eat because if they were they bring it back if it was like they were giving out and it started with management

I was unable to order a plain sausage patty on a muffin through the mobile app for some reason.I got a sausage and egg biscuit. Overall, this sandwich was pretty fresh. The sausage and egg on their own were very good.The biscuit seemed to have been a microwaved precooked frozen one. But I’m not sure. The biscuit dough was not dry but the crust was not flaky and therefore the chew was not delicate.The Diet Coke did not taste as great compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The Coke machine seemed a little dated.The clerk was VERY helpful, friendly and working hard.
