if it would let me give zero.most of the people at this establishment do not wish to be here. trust me I wish that my grandson was not undergoing surgery right now. and all I wanted was a cup of coffee to calm my nerves. so after patiently waiting for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee I asked the worker if my coffee was ready. . and she literally yelled at me where it echoed that it was coming.. and then she proceeded to yell at all the other customers to move to the other side of the establishment. I have never in my 42 years of life seen such a rude workers. and then at a hospital where most people wish that they didn't have to be there. I'm sorry that you have to work for a living and you're taking it out on us innocent customers. these were the rudest employees I have ever seen. so now only am I crying because my grandson is in surgery I am now crying because I asked if my coffee was ready yet after 15 minutes of patiently waiting for a cup of coffee.

Great to have a PJs in the hospital, but associates can be a big rude.

I have been to many PJ’s and this one BY FAR is the worst. The service is terrible, they are slow, rude and have lots of problems getting the orders right. Unfortunately this is your only option in the hospital. Actually I’m surprised that it’s still open. If you put all of the workers brains together it wouldn’t make up one just average brain. Something needs to be done about this place. For starters, fire the manager and start from scratch.

PJ’s Ochsner Main Campus, Kenner Campus & On Poydras (CBD-New Orleans) are the worst in the City … Please hire employers with experience and/or willing to learn. They are not making the products correctly. Their attitude & customer service are the worst.

I’ve ordered the same thing for five days in a row and they’ve only gotten it right once. Some of the staff wear headphones are in active conversations with others while trying to serve the orders so I’m not surprised.

Drinks are good when they actually have the product but the service is some of the worst. They are too busy talking to each other; makes you feel like you're intruding. And don't dare ask what the difference between two drinks are. Go to the one on Airline, it's much nicer.

Been coming to this pjs for 5 years. They used to be excellent. I ordered a mocha velvet ice. She made everybody’s coffee behind me before she made mines. The cashier had to make it. The customer service is nonexistent

Being a shop in a hospital should be no excuse for the slow service, poor attitudes, and lackadaisical work going on behind that counter. I'm not often driven to reviews but this was disappointing.

The worst attitudes, and these ladies are definitely not baristas. They need to be schooled on service and beverage making.

Ordered one of the holiday coffees, peppermint velvet ice latte, picture shows it hot, received it on ice and the staff proceeded to argue with me. No apologies, no offer to remake it. It went in the trash. Waste of money not to mention, have been at the hospital since 5am waiting in the cardiac unit. Just pain RUDE.

PJ Ocshner was the best! All of the employees were awesome. And the dark roast coffee we had in the morning and the afternoon was perfect!

Worst Pjs by far. Staff is rude and on the weekends they will either open late or close early like at noon. This location is in a hospital. You would think the employees would be nice and helpful

This location sucks. Poorly managed. Frequently out of items. Today for example, out of green tea, almond milk, oat milk, and skim milk.
