Worst Nacho Bell Grande ever I bought it and threw it straight away it wasn't even worth going back for the money the manager was a black lady with dreads she was just his worst how hard can it be to put food on a plate at a fast food restaurant no food was terrible and it was like 11:30 that night so whoever work that shift need to be fired if they're a manager

I ordered 2 chicken quesadilas and a large Baja blast around 7 pm February 23 and spent the entire night vomiting. I tried to call the store number this morning (the 24th) but no one answered. I highly doubt I'll hear back but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Horrific just now as I sit in the drive-thru. Pulled up to order and literally sat there almost 10 mins. I finally said hello to the order box and the employee said gonahead with your order. Meanwhile there are about 6 cars behind me. Had I not said anything I would still be sitting in line. Unacceptable and on top of that, didn't give no sauces? Napkins, forks

The food took a long time to get and the people working there had terrible customer service issues. They were either very rude when talking to customers or very slow in working.
Tonight 11/28/2023 myself, my son & my niece came thru the drive thru! I just want to say that Devonte(spell check) was beyond amazing! Our order took a little minute, not bad, but the timing would've pissed a Karen off, he maintained a positive attitude, and double checked our order after the wait!! I've been to this drive thru many times for my dad who LOVES THE FOOD, and all the associates are nice everytime but this time it was different! Not saying the others are bad, but he went above & beyond to just interact with us & enjoy his job!! Thank you Demonte from the lady in the gold truck listening to Christmas music with her son & her niece, talking about how beautiful the moon look tonight! I hope you one day see this and someone see's this & recognizes how powerful your positive impact was received after a day of a teaching I had!! May God bless you in all that you do!!

Whoever does hiring at this location needs to start doing a literacy test because there's no way the employees are reading the orders. Every time I come here my order is wrong. If I pay extra to make my order the way I want it, I at least expect to get what I paid extra for.

Bean burrito was ok but Mexican pizza had chemical taste. Trashed more than half of it. Post meal research says the chemical taste is from not changing the fry oil. So tired of not getting decent fast food and it's not even cheap. Had same issue with 5guys 2 weeks ago. Their fries were petrified you couldn't even eat them. Gonna have to pass on fast food and resort to all home cooking and try to afford occasional fine Nola dining.
