Great food, and very clean. But, as a guest on this particular day, I felt very disrespected. The cashier got the order wrong for the customer before us and was upset because they proved her wrong. So instead of putting that order out since she had been handling it without gloves on. She waited and tried to put it on our plate instead of using the one that was just cooked for us. I informed her that I didn't want it and she got mad again, and instead of putting it on our tray, she instead gave it to the drive-through. After sitting there eating for 30 minutes or so, all we could hear was her complaining about the situation over and over again. Like I said, nothing to do with the establishment, only to do with her customer service.

New Orleans is home, but currently living in Texas. Whenever we drive in for family events, we ALWAYS make it to Cafe Du Monde before driving back. Great coffee and beignets - - same as when I was a child almost 70 years ago. Don't miss this location. - Stan

The beignets are really good however the hot chocolate is instant & very watery. They accept cash only and the line is much shorter in the back as opposed to the one closest to the street.

Very crowded even on a rainy day. We had to stand in a queue for 15 min before getting a table. Didn’t know it was a cash only , had to find atm while one waited at the table. Beignet and coffee is good.
Last stop before going to the airport. Last chance to grab some beignets. They were better than the ones in the market. But both places are
