I’ve been coming to this Copeland’s for about 10 years now and Mike is hands down the best server. I’ve remembered his name since I was a kid and always look forward to being sat in the area he waits on. His personality is exceptional and he always goes over and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The last time I visited with a friend we wanted dessert and Mike brought us out the most delicious cheesecake we’ve ever had no joke ! It was the King Cake Cheesecake. If you ever visit this location please ask for Mike to be your server you won’t regret the experience.

I like getting the Spanish and artichoke dip with fry bowtie pasta but the waiters take forever to take your order and bring your food out. You gotta wave them down and ask for your food and refill. ?

The food is good and we enjoy going there. But years ago, it was much better. It's definitely a nice place to eat.

A once great restaurant. Terrible food, slow service, run-down environs.

Was looking for a good local restaurant during my stay in the New Orleans area that served some Louisiana signature food. This place was a home run! The three course meal for around $30 was reasonably priced and allowed me to try the Corn & Crab Bisque, Crawfish Etoufeè, and Carmel Pecan Cheesecake. Additionally, my waitress, Robin R. was an absolute gem, incredibly personable and made me feel like a celebrity. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Kenner/New Orleans, LA and in need of a flavorful and inviting lunch or dinner.

My steak wasn't seasoned too well and the bake potato was pretty good. Copeland's food use to taste better. They need to step their game back up.

My hubby and I had a lovely experience at Copeland's. The hostess was nice enough when she welcomed us. We were seated immediately. We sat in the bar area and the ambiance felt like "date night." Our server, Taylor, was attentive and eager to please. I ordered the Bananas Foster and a Hurricane. When in Rome, right? Hubby got the Bread Pudding and told Taylor to make it a la mode (the ice cream cost extra). We both cleaned our plates. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is because my Bananas Foster was not made table-side, as it's originally meant to be prepared. I was looking forward to the theatrics of it all, so when Taylor came walking to our table with a our orders I was a bit disappointed. It tasted yummy though, although it was a little skimpy on the bananas. The Hurricane tasted fine, but a little weak. Overall, a nice night out.

Food was cold, but it didn't taste bad. Server was new and they were doing a great job for being new. Food was cold, did I mention that?

Service wasn't great. Waiter was rude. Food wasn't good for the price. Maybe the other Copelands is better?
