HORRIBLE customer service at KENNER! Manager on duty on March 2 at noon and blonde short Latina woman in her 50s refused to give me food I ordered online and paid for ! Will not visit any El Paso ! I was great customer and they need to fire incompetent staff.

This place sucks. Order fajitas and don't deliver totillas. I call the say can you come pickup... thats why i had it delivered. I said no... they said who did order through... I said UberEats. Response: Well you will have to contact them... I said no, Uber didn't prepare food, nor did they package...you did all of that. @nd time I've been disappointed in this joint. Never again!!! I will never order or go to their establishment again.

This location is horrible, I went with co worker here. I stay in the Northshore and the portions at this location are small. Less than half the plate than the location in Mandeville. People who go to kenner reviewing 5 stars here are delusional... Go to the one on Lapalco, or Mandeville. Our drinks were water down ect. Incredible how people in kenner give this place good rateing.

Ordered a shrimp dish description said was spicy, but wasn't even though it tasted very good. Others liked their food.Got sopapias for desert which were the best I have had for a long time.Service wasn't as good as other times I had visited.Extra entertainment was Elvis impersonator.

Very poor quality food and not tasty at all.This restaurant used to be great but after the Covid something happened. Either in ownership or kitchen issues.Vegetarian options: The menu shows separate vegetarian dishes but only God knows if they fry chips in the lard, or rice and bean has chicken broth. They will do anything to make money and staffs are not trained for any special needs.
