There simply are not enough superlatives to describe their King Cakes. They achieve the perfect balance of a subtle yeast flavor and sugar that adds a complexity to the product. Every time they shipped it, it arrived in good condition. Once the cake was delayed through not fault of their own. Nonetheless, they made it right and shipped a replacement. Both were delicious. I may live in Michigan but I would never order my king cakes from anywhere else.

So glad we chose them to make our wedding cake! The wedding sampler they sent alone (really ideal cause we were planning a destination wedding) won us over, but everyone was so nice to work with. The doberge is the best cake I've ever had, I tell everyone about it.
