I was a dasher picking up a order at this location, I go up and say I’m a dasher and picking up and immediately she goes “I keep telling y’all there’s wait” so I’m like okayyyy. I sit down and a old lady comes in with her grandson and the worker doesn’t even awknowledge her. She picks up a menu and the worker goes “we don’t have nothing on there” The lady asks if they have chicken and waffles and I couldn’t hear what the worker said back but she was being so snotty and the old lady walked out. I’m still waiting and I look and in the back it’s just two ladies laughing and telling stories and not doing anything so I ask And I’m like “do you know how long it’ll be?” And shes like idk we still waiting for our chicken to come in. WHAT YOU MEAN YOU STILL WAITING ON YOUR CHICKEN TO COME IN ?! So then I walk out to and I unassign from my order. Made me miss out on my money.

Not sure how this place remains. Ask an employee for a “fresh” anything and you’ll get an attitude to discourage you and a 35 minute wait curbside. Chicken was burnt and you can taste the dirty grease in everything you eat.2nd time in a month. They earned the review.
