Placed an order for pickup at 10:15 pm when the website stated pick-up closes at 11:25 pm. When I arrived staff ignored me at the door playing on their phones instead of letting me in to pick up the order that was already paid for and ready. After 10 minutes of knocking in freezing temperatures, another staff member gave me a rude comment about how the “lobby closes for 10” despite all posted hours saying otherwise.The cherry on top was my food ended up being undercooked and generally bad.Have ordered from this location for 15 years but am extremely disappointed by the rude service I received.

I ordered 3 medium pizzas today with no more than 2 toppings each, they all came raw. Unfortunately we served the kids first and they didn't notice until an adult grabbed a slice. I called the store and I was out on hold for a manager and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. Do not order from this location.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza on October 7th 2023 evening time and found a long piece of hair in the pizza. Absolutely disgusting and the guy picked up the phone was very rude. I think the owner needs to replace the whole crew.

I wouldn't even give it a one star. Absolutely no effort put into making the pizza. No sauce no cheese meat and clumps in the metal bubbly everywhere's. Literally when I got another pizza somewhere else I wouldn't order from here

Called over the phone to place an order. Got a deal that they had. When I got there to pay, it was 11 dollars more than what they said it would be. Lady at the counter said nothing she could do about it and had a attitude. Very big inconvenience. Don't trust ordering over the phone unless your going to pay for it over the phone.

My wife ordered a couple of pizzas. After a while of checking the door regularly, she checked the app that said that the pizza had been delivered. We checked and there was no pizza. When my wife called the lady that answered, the phone was rude and said that the driver made several attempts to deliver. We have video cameras, so we checked the cameras. The driver did show up. But he apparently just tapped on the door and then waited less than one minute to attempt the delivery. He then walked to the car and left. Now we have a starving six year old. We ordered Reginellis. I assume that they will knock at least twice if necessary.

Awful customer service. The lady who picks up phone calls rude, thinks she has a smart mouth. I don’t know why they have a that type of people working there if they’re not gonna treat people with respect. If you hate your job just quit. No need to take it out on customers.
