Severely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to order a smoothie bowl. Got to the register and the lady said, "I'm by myself. I'm not making that." Wish I'd looked at the reviews before standing in line for 20 minutes to order something the employee didn't feel like making.
Service is ridiculous. There was only one person working and no acknowledgment at all. Not even an, 'be with you in a minute'. No regard for anyone's time. Do not go there.
