Reviewed 12/27- I have been to this location several times. Very bad service from employees and the manager herself has a bad attitude as if she doesn’t want to be there. The place is like a playhouse there had been times more than once i've come in here and the employees are playing around dancing around etc. Looks like they hire anybody. With the old owners this would had never happened. The smoothies are made carelessly. When i got my drink it wasn’t even blended fully i was drinking ice. Flavored ice. If I wanted that I would've went and got a snowball. Do Better.

The customer service here let me down I’ve visited on multiple occasions Tried calling in order a few days ago the lady over the phone was very rude I asked for her name and she told me Catherine I never picked up my order because of this I should feel welcome in places of my community Not to mention the little flies everywhere I was able to look over the counter and they were surrounding the fruit that is used to make our smoothies Old manager was nicer and did way better keeping the place together.

They were only taking cash because the "system was down". Come on y'all, it is the year 2022, there are alternative ways to take credit cards ?. Owner was present and very aloof. Never going back to this location.

Im sorry to say but My daughter has been turned down twice at this location three young ladies were recording each other on phones and and playing around 7:15 p.m. on June 08,2022 and told my daughter they could not take her order because systems were down !This is the second time my daughters order has been rejected before they was closed and 2 girls walked out with smoothies of their own ! I don't think the Manager would like them telling people they are closed 30 min. Early and refusing buisness !

Unfortunately, this is my second time dealing with the same two morning employee’s. Asked about the Friday $1 up deal, both lady’s seemed like they did not know what I was talking about. Even with a huge sign in the front exposing the deal. I was charged full price, without getting the deal/discount. Very upsetting, bad customer service once again. Won’t be going back to this location.

Apparently this is the only smoothie king location that can't issue a refund. Weird. The gentleman I spoke with was clueless but nice, the rest of the staff are rude and uneducated.
This location is the most racist rude location the owner cursed at me he charged his tone when he figured out I was recording to late I have it all in recording

This is one of the best smoothie kings. The owner is so nice and sweet. She always remembers my daughter because my daughter loves smoothies. My daughter used to come here almost everyday when we lived downed the street. We have since moved but this smoothie king will always be special because of the owner and the awesome employees.
