NO MEAT ON SANDWICHES!! I’ve done several pickup orders from the app for sandwiches with extra meat and barely get enough to cover the bread. And I don’t feel that you should have to ask for napkins when you order multiple sandwiches at a time.

This is my first poor review I have ever left. They refused my coupon, and honestly presented some of the worst customer service I have ever experianced. I will not be back. Spend the 5 extra minutes to drive to the David Dr. location, they accept coupons so you don't spend $30 on two sandwiches. Not to mention the Friendlier staff that actually care about their customers.

I am surprised by the bad reviews, although there are not many recent reviews. This is my favorite subways in the area. I stopped in this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. The employee was very friendly, and made the sandwich to my requests. They even had the tea made, which I've found is rare in the AM at many subway locations. Everything was clean and well stocked. I'll continue to choose this location when I want Subway!

Really frustrated. Times online and at the door state that they open at 7am during the week. Waited until 7:15 and the employee didn’t even acknowledge me. She could’ve at least told me she wasn’t ready or didn’t feel like opening at 7am or if the time is incorrect that needs to be adjusted. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

Placed a Mobile App order for 2 subs. Meats and bread tasted dried up and old. Put pickles and pickle juice on one end of one sub which I didn’t even add pickles on it. Both subs tasted awful. Not gonna order from this location again!!!

Food was fine, Howe the bathrooms, lobby very dirty, mold and wallpaper pealing off the walls very uncomfortable establishment

The staff here need to find new occupations. They can not make sandwiches, simple as that. I often wonder if THEY would even eat the sandwiches they make. Just a sloppy embarrassing mess. There is another subway location just down the road on the corner of Loyola, not even a minute away, and much better than this location.
