I would like to give this place of business, no stars but unfortunately to write everything you have to pick a star. Me and my coworker went in with a coupon for 1299 for two foot-long sandwiches. I wanted a BMT and she had the steak. The worker is so incompetent that she gave me a bologna sandwich packed with honey mustard and lettuce and there was no steak on the bread how incompetent subway please train your staff.

Dont bother going here, i think theyre either in the process of hiring new workers or under new management or something of that sort. i used to go here often, but i stopped going here for a few months and when i came there today there was one person and when i presented my "buy 2 footlongs for 12.99" coupon she said alright. apparently, they dont allow you to make a sub with chicken teriyaki now?? she flat out refused to make me a sub with chicken teriyaki after years of never having this issue at this location nor any other location. i walked out and went to the subway closer to the lake on williams blvd, where they had better service and more knowledgeable staff. they had no problem making my chicken teriyaki sub there. i wont be going to this one anytime soon for at least a year until they teach their staff (which i doubt theyre doing anyways). it seems like they just hired the girl to work without teaching her anything,

Horrible their rude they are out of everything I went and girl was doing her tasks making me wait then I said I am in a hurry can you take my order then I said I want white bread handed me wheat and I said I want white then said we only have wheat ridiculous so why not tell me that I’m begging this is 2nd time I’ve been there and there out of everything don’t go here

Rude workers that don’t care about their job. I’ve been to this location about 5 times the past year and nothing has changed. The workers scoff at you and toss your sandwich around over simple requests. If this location had half decent management, you’d see better customer service.

I have never been in a such unprofessional environment. If you ask the right questions, I will give you the right answers. It’s sad to see what customer service has come down to. Being in management myself, I only expect what you are getting paid to do. If the job is too hard you should try something different. Don’t roll your eyes and expect me not to react. The two girls that were working apparently need to be trained on personality. And then you don’t give me the cups and then try to questioned me if I paid. And then you do it in Spanish. I understand so don’t try to say it. I did understand. Again if you’re doing your job, you should have to ask. You are supposed to assign the one I paid for. Not leave me to ask and touch the cups. I don’t work here so I kinda need to be told. It would have taken only an extra 2 seconds

You shouldn't advertise things on the online menu or on the wall if you aren't going to serve them. Seriously, how hard is it to go pull out some eggs and warm them up? Beyond lazy

My bf and I ordered pizzas. She rolled her eyes and then did not ask her what we wanted on the pizzas. She preceded to put one pizza with no toppings in the microwave when I know they’re supposed to go into toaster over. We just walked out after that because she was too busy talking to her coworker.This is not the first time I walked out on her service. Please fire the ladies who had the evening shift @ 5:50 pm at this subway. They always move too slow and have an attitude.
