Whoever the big woman is always has an attitude. Today someone came in while I was ordering and they said they didn’t receive a drink for their combo, she proceeded to berate them and said her job isn’t reading cupons and that “they don’t even be tipping anyway”. In the past three weeks I have tried to order food from here several times just to be yelled at that I can’t read the sign that’s not even put on the door which says the credit card machine is down. I normally don’t write reviews except when it’s repeated circumstances which the case here. She is rude and gets attitudes with every single customer and today thankfully she wasn’t serving me but she was extremely rude to the customer was serving to the point they walked out on top of yelling at the guy about a coupon. Normally I would say ok maybe she’s having a bad day but this is every visit and every customer.

I walked in and workers would not put their phones down while trying to take my order. That is very unprofessional, I refuse to patronize an establishment like this. Veggies looked old and dry, I just went somewhere else. Someone really needs to do some heavy corrections at this Subway location . ????

Just walked in to eat lunch and I was immediately turned away. The lady behind the counter let me know she doesn't have any food to serve me. I did notice two people eating at a table so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm going to try and track down the owner. As a business owner I'm appalled by this behavior.

It is currently 7:32 as I write this review and my husband and I were just turned away by the two workers because they said they were closed. ALL the signs posted inside and outside the establishment say that they close at 8:00pm. She was extremely rude and basically shoved us out. Would not recommend this location at all

Terrible store. No web or app ordering so there isn't any of those deals. Slow employees that don't know their own menu. How does a Cold Cut "Combo" only come with one type of meat on it? Drive further to a better location.

They have cut back on the sandwich ingredients. For example, they no longer have the Subway Club. It used to have ham, turkey, and roast beef. Now they have replaced the roast beef with bacon and are still trying to sell it as a Subway Club. When I asked if I could substitute the bacon with salami, they said there would be an upcharge. So, you have ruined the sandwich and you want to charge me more for choosing the meat I want. And of course the manager (a child) was very rude about the whole thing. I won't be going back and this will be the next restaurant closing down in Kenner. Good riddance.

Heading to Baton Rouge on "E," we decided to stop here to satisfy our hunger. This was certainly not the usual Subway "experience" that I'm use to. Extremely despondent and discourteous employee during the afternoon rush hour. It appeared like he was not happy by having to work and he certainly gave the impression that he was being bothered by us few customers. I'm not sure why folks get into these types of jobs when there are less customer service occupations, like dishwashers, janitors, or zoo keepers (do they still exist lol?). I wanted to use my BOGO coupon for a foot long wrap but didn't know wraps were excluded for coupons. He, however; kept trying to tell me that I had to buy a 6" and get one free. I'm like, what do you think a foot long is? So, he went back and forth over that until he said, "well wraps cost more and aren't included with coupons plus you didn't tell me you had a coupon." I also didn't tell him to inform me if the bacon cost more but he found it necessary to mention that. Needless to say, there are way too many Subway's nearby to experience this type of service again.
