I have never had an experience like I had this am. Literally four customers in the place and an hour later, the food was horrible! How does this happen, it's rinse and repeat! Clearly this staff was recruited from the Short Bus Relays! If ever you want to be in awe by the unbelievable go to this place at 3am and sobriety will soon follow! I spent $300 for the greatest hangover only to be sidetracked by the 3 stooges handling a simple order of TBone steak medium rare, eggs scrambled and grits. It was a circus act only to be outdone by the special kid trying to match up the to go cover to the bottoms. Seriously, Corporate really need to check on their franchises to protect the brand. Please please stay away from this location!!!

A typical American breakfast place. They have just one type of waffle, so I wonder why they named the place waffle house - servers are nice and you can see them cook right in front of you. Toast is literally just a toast with butter. I personally thought the food was kind of salty. Hashnrown was good.

We went to Central Waffle House. The store was very DIRTY. The food was not important enough to immediately cook They were not busy, but were busy gossiping with each other. We sat there for 20 mins. I had to speak up and ask the lady if we could get service. When we did receive our food it was COLD and had to ask for Butter and Syrup for our Waffles. I have NOT RETURNED there since we were UNWELCOMED there and have told our friends and family of our treatment. I don't mind waiting when the store is busy I understand about that but we were the only customers in the building that night that we were mistreated in every way shape and form but we did stay there Did not eat the food after paying for it We got up and left never to return poor management poor attitudes for employees.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic sugar-free... Parking, plenty, It was empty when we got there, and when we left, only employees vehicles. The floors were filthy. Some of the tables still had dirty dishes on them. It was just unacceptable the way we were treated.Parking: It was just one of those nights where I guess they were having more fun laughing and talking than wanting to work. There were two middle aged employees, and three younger.We have patronized that store since it opened and never have been mistreated until that evening but it was enough to make us not want to go back for seconds.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they do have handicap parking.

We came in and had Aalyiah as our server. She was nice and attentive. Good personality. The location didn't have any cherry flavoring to make cherry cokes. But that's not a big deal. The floor needed to be cleaned some. It wasn't busy, and maybe the floor under the booths could have been cleaner. The volume on the jukebox was turned way down that I couldn't hear it. And I like to listen to music when I'm out eating. But overall, I would eat here again.

Sat down at 10:20, order was taken at 10:45. Sever repeatedly asked me if I was dining in or taking out. The manager was very rude to the server and was the reason why my food took forever to be served. Overall, a horrible experience. I watched other people walk in, get served before my food was ready.
