I know New Orleans doesn't have a place where you can find a good biriyani. And the chicken smelled too bad and it was not cooked well-done strong it was the first time and last time.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! I absolutely LOVED this place! I will be going here for all of my Indian/Pakistaní food cravings from now on! There’s a reason why this restaurant has amazing reviews and I was skeptical at first, but I’m here to tell you the reviews are 100% true! This is THE BEST place to go to find the best authentic Indian/Pakistaní food in all of Louisiana! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is excellent as well! The family that owns and runs this place really takes pride in their restaurant and it really shows! The owner even gifted me with free rice pudding which is OFF THE CHAIN!! They could charge $100 for that rice pudding and I would purchase it every time!! It is THAT GOOD! I ordered the garlic naan, butter chicken spicy, and vegetable samosas. Everything was better than I’ve ever had anywhere else; you HAVE to add this restaurant to your must try’s before leaving Louisiana! Thank y’all so much for this amazing experience!

Wah Kitchen is our dinner staple after we fly into MSY. A cheerful little spot just minutes from the airport, it’s best described as healthy comfort food. We love it!

Good Indian food. I wouldn't call it the best, but it's solid. We got the saag paneer and chicken Tikka masala. Both good. Tikka was a little thin on the sauce.Heads up. It's take out only

Update!!!!! Unfortunately yelp doesnt allow us to give 0 starts before posting the review so forcefully I am giving a 1 star just so I can post a review. Took my friend there for dinner and ordered butter chicken and chicken pakore...butter chicken was liquidy and flavorless chicken pieces were raw...WTF! Had to tell them that this is the liquidiest butter chicken. I have ever seen. on top of it RAWW. Then the chicken pakora...o.m.g!! Where the hell was the chicken in the chicken pakoras?? All I saw were onions... I remember when I use to go to Wah kitchen when it opened it was the best desi restaurant in metairie/kenner..I raved about it to friends n family now i am dissapointed very very dissapointed. They use to give a dessert after the meal that was on the house they dont do that any more either. Will NEVER be going back again....And will never recommend it to anyone either..

Kind of surprised by all the rave reviews. The service was okay. When we asked for recommendations from the menu, the guy behind the counter said everything is good. The menu had several pages, so it would have been helpful if he could have recommended something specific. We ordered two Chicken Tikka Masala entrees, and the consistency was SO watery - it was literally soup! Such a shame because the flavors were all there, but the typical creamy texture I expect from any masala was non-existent. I'm not sure if I'll be visiting this restaurant again, but I definitely do not recommend ordering the Tikka Masala if you choose to give them a try.

ARBAZ IS THE GREATEST EMPLOYEE EVER!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE ASAP! I asked for a spicy chicken biryani plate and my card was declined. He told me it's fine and he gave me the food in just 2 seconds for free!!! When i was done eating he gave me a 500$ tip FOR MYSELF?!?! I was extremely shocked and happy, he said "use this wisely!" I have never been more happier than my entire life! THANK YOU SO MUCH ARBAZ!!!!

It was ok. The flavor was good. The sauces were a little thin for my taste. I feel like the naan was just warmed up prepackaged naan

The best indian food in all of louisiana. The family is over the top friendly, and our server Arbaz was the nicest kid you will ever meet. Recommend, coming back again, ten out of ten.

This is the best Indian/Pakistani food in town! Don't hesitate to try the mutton biryani, daal tadka, fish pakoras. Everything is just amazing!

This might be the best restaurant in Kenner. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and never had something i dislike. Our personal favorites are the aloo gobi and the vegetable pakora. If you want anything made special, just call and order and the owner will do anything he can to accommodate you. I've gotten dishes made so spicy i couldn't see straight after eating them, and also made without any spice at all so that my kids could try them. Plus, the owner will regularly sneak extras into our order (usually desserts) and that's always appreciated. This is our go-to takeout restaurant and it will be yours, too.

This is probably some of the best Indian/Pakistani food in the greater New Orleans Area (and one of the only good restaurants in Kenner...) The Saag Paneer is fantastic, some of the best I've had in my life. Chicken tikka was okay, I've had better. I will come back to try the other items, they looked intriguing.

I really like Indian food. However I did not enjoy the food from this establishment. Even the garlic naan was trash. How do you mess up garlic naan? This really hurt my feelings. I even had the nerve to use Uber eats so you know they taxed. Lesson learned!!!
